And I trusted the Agent and didn't verify that number, thats my fault but we hadn't had that problem before with our other businesses and insurances... now we are having to pay a big bill for this.

After several frustrating attempts: she said: only The Tech department can finish. Irene gave me The # to The Tech dept. Called a gal named Diamond @ Tech- customer service.
