There was a group event when we came in. No clean tables for more customers. Food was ok.

Everytime I order take out they mess up the order ...the food is edible and cheap but if you order take out always check your order before you leave because they have morons working there that forget or mess up orders. Dont go here they have no decent customer service...try Casablanca instead. Seriously the staff is something to be desired Also why the fu*k do they cut the shwarma wraps into small pieces. I hate that and even ask them not to and they can't follow easy directions. read more

Shawarma House - Sad chicken shwarma wrap. - Middle Eastern Near Me - Brookfield, Wisconsin

This is mostly cooked to order, 'faster food' (Panera style). The menu is a bit limited but solid and well prepared . The restaurant is new and clean. Don't expect much ambience but if you need a Shawarma 'fix ' you wont be disappointed. I had the All in platter (pictured), lentil soup and a side if baba ganouj and would recommend all of it. read more

Highly disappointing service. One of the most unprofessional experiences. The establishment treats customers horribly. We ordered online. They got our order wrong. We saw that at home and called them. When I went to pick it up after sometime - instead of making up for it, the cashier told me that they were out of the item we had ordered. The cashier was very rude and argumentative. No words for the horrible service. I understand that it's possible to make mistakes but they are absolutely rude and harsh. read more

I got the spicy chicken wrap combo and it was amazing! Great price, great atmosphere and quick service. Thank you!

friendly staff, quality food, best Middle Eastern restaurant in town. I had the spicy chicken entrees it was delicious read more

Found this place looking for Caribou Coffee. However I love good Shawarma and was hungry, so I gave them a try. Unlike some of the shawarma places in Milwaukee, they were not at all bland or dry, and I did not need extra sauce. I tried a spicy chicken wrap and a lamp kebob. The spicy chicken wrap was GREAT and I am excited to get it again. The lamb kebob tasted good but the lamb was definitely tough. I opted for the larger, thinner bread option. Prices are reasonable. The restaurant is clean, relatively quiet. Only one bathroom was working but it was also clean. They had said it would take 15-20 minutes for our food but it was actually ready much quicker than that. I will be back soon. read more

I love Shawarma House -The quality of food is so much better than the other restaurants in the area. You can get a half baked chicken and rice, shwarma plates, or wraps. French fries are the best I've had and are always super hot (I think they are made to order). The owner keeps his tables meticulously clean and the kitchen looks clean as well. There is a modest but good selection of drinks and snacks by the checkout. Small restaurant, good variety and very clean. read more

Ordered the beef schwarma sandwich and its very good, simple, flavorful and fast. They were nice and patient with helping me order as well. Place is clean, modern and simple. Went at 1:40 on a Saturday and there were only a few people here so everything went fast. I want to try the whole menu. Everything looks awesome. read more

Great Middle Eastern food for a chain. Good service and reasonable prices. I recommend it!

The second I walked in I knew I was in the right place. It smelled SO good in there when I picked up my order and I had to pull over to eat half of my kefta kabob in the car. Absolutely delicious. Staff is super friendly, food is incredible. I wish I had found this place sooner. I will be dreaming about the soft warm pita bread until I come back again. Quite literally made my day eating lunch from here. read more

Decided to finally try this place today. Got there right at 11 o'clock when they opened was the second person to walk in. Decided to get my food to go. It's very nice, clean environment! I was greeted right away by the cashier. He asked if this is my first time and I replied yes. He explained to me a few of their menu items. I decided on the spicy chicken sandwich À la cart and the Go Green vegetarian plate. I wanted to be able to sample the salads they offer. I also got a small side of the hummus to try. I thought the sandwich was absolutely fantastic. It came with tomatoes, pickles and the homemade garlic sauce which was so incredibly tasty it left me wanting more. The go green plate came with a pita which was perfect for dipping in the baba ghanouj and hummus. The hummus is alright nothing stand out about it. The baba ghannouj was quite delicious, although I felt it could've used a little bit more garlic (I love garlic). The tabouleh is excellent and the yogurt salad a perfect mix of creamy and tangy. And the fattoush was very refreshing and the homemade dressing was light and flavorful. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu options in the future. read more

Shwarma baby. Went for dinner. First time trying. William was taking our order. He patiently decribe all the different foods and options which was a great help. He was so nice and friendly. I had the beef shwarma and hummus. My husband had the All in Grill Plate. Both very tasty and unique. The mix of flavors made it a cool experience. read more

I stopped by this place for the first time the other day after getting my hair cut next door (which I highly recommend by the way!). I was excited to see a new ethnic option in the Brookfield area! I ordered their all in grill plate, which came with three types of meat/protein, rice, jerusalem salad, and choice of hummus or baba ghanouj. I choice the hummus. Everything was cooked well, meat was rather tender/moist, and hummus was very smooth. Although the meats had a fair amount of seasoning, the rest was kind of lacking. They have hot sauce on the tables so I just doused the rest with that and it made for a pretty filling meal. This place is within a strip mall so parking was a breeze and wasn't very busy when I stopped in around ~5pm on a weekday. Service was great - everyone was friendly and accommodating. I did notice on their website that their all in grill plate is a dollar more expensive than what I saw in their store ($11.99 in person vs $12.99 online). Not sure if they just raised all their prices already or if its just the online menu, but something to keep in mind. read more

I must say the food sucks! Having tasted Middle Eastern Food this is one of the worse places to eat kebab or shawarma. Middle Eastern Fast food which even was not even served fast was aweful. I might cook better. My stomach was upset and i was at the bathroom for a while after eating this terrible food. Service and cashier was okay except wanted me to give a tip. Sorry not for that bad quality of food. Right out of the can giving me an upset stomach. read more

GOOD SHAWARMA!!! Yessss really good stuff. I ordered an extra container of rice thinking I wouldn't have enough but their portions are quite large. It took me like three days to eat everything. All of the food was full of flavor of course the rice is delicious and could be eaten alone. I like mine with beef and the spicy sauce all mixed into the rice. The hummus was good too and I don't usually eat hummus.. Meal even came with a coupon I definitely will return. read more

Portion control I had read about how good the hummus is here so I stopped in over the holidays to grab some for family gatherings. The lady at the counter showed two sizes and we opted for two of the larger containers. Once we got home I checked the order and was shocked to see how little there was in each - the contents of each wouldn't have filled one completely. When I opened the bread the next day it was as hard as a rock. I tried to revive in the microwave but it was a goner. The hummus is good, but for $13 I expected better. We ended up stopping at Costco to get another container for $6. I do plan on stopping back to try other offerings. I'd just be hesitant to get takeout again. read more

Ordered carry-out and the order was accurate and packaged nicely for pick-up. We tried the falafel plate which comes with rice, hummus, and Jerusalem salad. Also added sides of tahini, tabbouleh, Dawali (stuffed grape leaves), pickle mix, and pita bread. Everything was delicious, fresh, and flavorful. My favorites were the Dawali and tabbouleh. The only points of improvement would be that the pita was somewhat dry compared to the warm, fluffy versions I have had elsewhere, and the falafel was a bit on the well-done side and rather crunchy, although it still had good flavor. The price adds up since sauce, pita, etc. are an extra cost, but it was still reasonable for being fresh and local. We appreciate the healthy vegetarian options and will be back. read more

I carried out from this restaurant on a week day. The staff was super friendly and helped explain the menu items and so on. The restaurant is nice and clean, it's got a fair amount of space and there is open parking out front. I got quite a few items because I'm from out of town and I needed to bring stuff back home with me. 1. Their take out containers basically disintegrated with any liquid they put in them, maybe put a sheet of foil down first I dunno my car floor is full of whatever was leaking out 2. They have a fair amount of choices, none of them tasted good. Nothing was really seasoned well for me. The meat quality was not good it kinda smelled bad. The rice was not good and the salad was drenched in something that leaks out of the container and is now on my car floor. 3. I got beef and chicken items and they were very dry. I wanted to like this place, maybe this is a fluke but for me from a taste and value perspective this was a real loss. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed the food I ordered here. I didn't really know what I was getting into with "Shawarma" but I stopped in anyway. We had to double check about the ingredients, as someone had a food allergy, and staff didn't really understand what we were asking. They ended up having to call the owner to figure out what we needed. I will probably stop in again. read more

Great food every time I order. One of the best Arabic flavors in the area you can find. I usually order the mixed grill entree and eat a few meals from it. The person at the counter can be a bit intimidating but the food is well worth It. read more

This was the best Middle Eastern food we've had in some time. I had he all in grill and it was fantastic. My wife had the all in shawarma plate. He beef was very dry it the flavor was excellent on everything. The Jerusalem salad was a very delicious surprise and the hummus was very tasty. The falafel was light and crispy and the basmati rice was fantastic. The service e was excellent for a counter joint and they hit a rush right as we arrived so the food was brought out to us. They even seek the hummus to go at reasonable prices. I knocked off a star for the dry beef but I'd give 4.5 if I could. We will be back soon. read more

Meat was tuff but excellent bang for bux. Will be back to try again. Maybe something more vegetarian had the lamb wrap

Food was delicious. I thought $1 for a small container of extra sauce was a bit costly.

i love this restaurant , every thing is clean, the food is delicious, i love it here, the service is very fast and welcoming

So happy to have Shawarma House here in Brookfield. We've been here a couple times and the food had been great. I highly recommend the All Inn Grill, the baba ghannouj, and the falafel. My nine year old daughter is not a spicy food fan, but she could handle the level of spice here. The ambience is lacking though, but I won't take any stars away for that since the food is so good and the portion sizes reasonable for the price. Some nice curtains would make a huge difference - there are so many windows that look out on to the strip mall. read more

Super good. Employee inside wasn't wearing a mask, but food was fast, hot and great tasting.

The food was very tasty. Went there about 3x the 5 days that I was there in Milwaukee. The staff are very nice and the place is big and clean. A bit pricey compared to NYC, but can't complain the food was good. read more

Ok so this place is simply amazing! I've had a lot of falafel and babaganoush in my life and this place ranks up right there with the best ever! It's so hard to find great falafel...soft and light in side and crispy on the outside. Melt in your mouth stuff! As for the babaganoush.. it gets the crown!! It's there is a smokey tahini base...omg it's sip delicious!!! Not really a soda person but the pomegranate Barbicon soda is not too sweet and is very refreshing. This place is such a treat!! Only request to the owners...knafe would have been an amazing way to finish the meal!! Hope you would consider...especially since it's a cheese based desert in a cheese based state ;) read more

My son loves the food here. I've ordered online a couple of times, and they have always been punctual with the food

Had dinner tonight at the Brookfield Shawarma House and was pleasantly surprised. I had the All in Grill Plate that included chicken and beef shawarma on a bed of basmati rice, Jerusalem salad, baba ghannouj, a falafel and bread. The food was quite tasty, a change from the usual burger offerings of most fast food places. The serving size was more than generous for the price and the wait time from order to table was reasonable (fresh and hot). The staff was friendly and accommodating. If you're looking for something a little different, take a drive to their place on Bluemound. It will be worth the trip. read more

Just visited this place. They have a wed. special for 4 dollars a wrap. i think they dont really get behind this special. ordered a gyro wrap. hardly any meat. tried to order another wrap. The guy told me i need to pay an extra one dollar for a hot sauce he gave me free first time. Told me he gave it free because i was a new customer but he will charge me one dollar now. Does not make sense because they used to have this hot sauce previously on tables free of charge. Will never visit this place again and tell a big community of their foul practices. read more

This place was a great spot for solid shawarma. I've had really tasty and consistent food and service. My last two trips were a bit disappointing. I ordered an add-on of kibbeh to my all Inn, which was still frozen in the center when served. I had to remind the staff to reimburse me frozen kibbeh before I left as it wasn't addressed while dining. I would have preferred for the items to be replaced with a hot ones (fresh would have been the bee's knees). Not a big deal after six previous and delicious meals. Today I ordered the lunch special for $10. The lamb was decent but the chicken was dry and old. There's nothing wrong with creatively utilising leftovers, just make sure it's worth your effort and worth paying for. I'm also not a fan of the addition of cabbage in the chopped salad. If it was always with the cucumber, parsley and onion then I didn't like the salad being bulked up with the cabbage. Overpowering and noticeably unappetising this time. I'm of course going to revisit! P.S. Bring back the tea. I don't drink soda and water isn't as tasty as your tea. read more
