Every time I see a "Philly Cheese Steak" menu item, I understand what u will get is not the cheesesteak I grew up on. That's okay. I'm not a die hard purist. I generally, however, don't order one. Hangry's, though, they had a Mexican Cheese Steak. That was .. interesting. I ordered one. Gentle reader, it was a really good steak sandwich. Great blend of flavors, cheese was creamy and yum. Truck staff were awesome, friendly and fun to talk with. They had quite a task feeding several hundred hungry warriors, mages, alchemists, bards and rogues. My only suggestion for improvement is one I make often with newcomers to the glory of the cheesesteak: you need a roll with good structure that absorbs the ingredients without falling apart. One with a serious crust and soft interior. Amorosos. Paganos. That kind. I would definitely order from their food truck again and I'd visit their restaurant next time I'm in the area.

I've been sending pictures of these glorious lobster rolls to my sister for years purely to rub this delicacy in her face, so I basically have my own unofficial lobster-roll archive. The crinkle-cut fries are another must, especially with a little Old Bay sprinkled on top. That tiny dusting takes them from "good fries" to "hand me another basket immediately." And don't sleep on the fried shrimp platter. The shrimp are plentiful, nicely seasoned, and consistently one of my favorites when I somehow manage to order something besides lobster.
