The bass volume was two to three times higher that optimal. The result is that the base cover the vocals and most of the lead guitar solos. It was just a little "off" but the bass was wildly over boosted. If this were a dancing venue, such misguided sound management might have been forgivable. Unfortunately, this was a concert, where we wanted to understand the words and clearly hear the guitar solos. It's a really nice venue, for small concert listening. They need to hire a new sound person.

It was easy to schedule. I sent an email and gave some dates/times and they picked one. After that had to pay the fee for class in advance. And then we got to wait until class day! The teachers are great and super passionate about what they do. My scouts felt super comfortable with them. For class, they leant them boards and helmets and then pads to whoever wanted them. They offer some open skate times, women/girls only, 30+ night, beginner class and more. They also have a small skate shop in their building. Its the only indoor skate park in fort collins. So on dates that its cold outside its supposedly busier than when its nice out. There is not a ton of parking so just be forewarned.

The farm table we rented was delivered to our garage the day before Thanksgiving, and when we went to set it up, it was immediately clear that one side of the legs was broken. The table would not safely stand upright. The underside showed obvious damage: splitting wood and a metal bracket shifted out of position, preventing the legs from locking securely. We attempted to call the company as soon as we discovered the issue, but they had closed early due to the holiday. When the table was picked up on the next business day, I informed the delivery crew of the damage. I also contacted the company directly, explaining that the table had arrived broken and was completely unusable for our event. We took and submitted clear photos showing the condition of the table. The response we received was both dismissive and unacceptable. Instead of taking responsibility, the representative told us: "As for the table I will call the owner about it as she looked at it along with the delivery crew and warehouse crew. From what everyone is saying so far the table did not go out like that and at this point I cannot refund the table." That message was sent on Monday. It is now Friday, and we have received no further communication, no follow-up, and no resolution of any kind. In short, the company delivered a damaged table, failed to provide timely customer service, refused to take responsibility despite photographic evidence, and then stopped communicating altogether. This level of disregard for customers is unacceptable, and we will not be using this company again. I strongly urge others to look elsewhere for reliable rentals and professional service.

Seriously - it was not worth their time, effort and bad reviews to not refund what was not delivered. As a matter of fact I have two witnesses that were listening in on the conversation that your husband had with Brittany where he had cancelled the items himself. I have proof that you paid the cancellation fee and it is on your contract that your husband had signed. There will be no more threats because we printed every email ever time we went in our system and changed your items and what day and time it was that the items were either changed or cancelled. In addition, I had the pleasure to work with an excellent and knowledgeable employee, Audrey Urie, who catered to my every request.R I had many detailed conversations with Audrey in the weeks leading up to the wedding. She was knowledgeable about all the rental products, gave me an idea of how many items to order with regard to glassware, dishes, utensils, was patient and accommodating in addressing each of my questions or concerns, made a site plan for all the vendors to follow, and modified the rental order many times along the way with a "can do" and "no problem" attitude. The 40 x 80 foot tent and 20 x 20 foot canopy were well structured and put together by a great crew of guys. The supervisor, Michael, was very friendly and willing to do whatever we wanted to satisfy our requests. He was meticulous in placing the correct amount of chairs in each row, according to our ceremony scheme. He placed all the tables, bar, wedding arch, canopy, string lights, vinyl and hardwood flooring, and aisle underlayment according to the site plan and lined everything up so it was visually appealing. He came back the morning of the wedding to put the chairs up and dust them for the guests. Thanks to RC Special Events we were able to build a first class wedding and reception venue on a working horse ranch. It took a lot of work on many people's parts, but the rentals were a crucial component to the success of the wedding and enjoyment of our guests. Waive one adult ticket since it was two adults and one toddler? Nope. Her solution? "You can go to the Windsor location." Seriously? So after already driving 20 minutes here from Fort Collins, your suggestion is to drive another 30+ minutes? That's not a solution, it's brushing customers off. I understand policies exist. What I don't understand is making the decision to close early, giving customers absolutely no warning, then acting as though it's somehow their problem. We could have turned around and left, but that would have crushed our three-year-old, who had been looking forward to this all day. So instead we paid full price for less than an hour because of a decision your business made, not ours. The lack of communication was bad enough. The complete lack of basic social skills, empathy, or even an attempt to make the situation right made it far worse. The not good: they struggle mightily to get food served. I mean every single meal. Every one. UNSAT. They know exactly how many guests they have yet run out of food so fast during service. It's ridiculous. The cabins. Sometimes 'old for the sake of being old' just doesn't work. Modern plumbing fixtures and plumbing are not the devil. Example: I don't need to experience 100 year old bathing experience in a cabin with a brand new air conditioner. Also - don't put quilts on the beds with a sign that says don't use the quilts as they're for decoration. Lighting: pick a lane. LED or Incandescent. Using both just looks cheap. Onsite maintenance support: having the bulk of the cabins with no water is a real problem. Not having people onsite to immediately address that problem is even worse. Trash: a little trash can in the room doesn't cut it. Either put out trash bins for people to use that can be secured or have your staff collect trash daily. Key drop: if you want cabin keys returned to the office then either have an employee there before 0830 or have a key drop slot. The potential is there for this place to do so much better. That said this trip had me stay in 4 different hotels. Sylvan Dale was far and away the most expensive rate and they rank last out of last of a spot we'd revisit. Note: I don't do the trail ride or any other activities so those don't factor in to my feedback. This is strictly about accommodations and hospitality.
