we went here for dinner the other night at the clarkston location and ended up spending a good amount on 2 burgers and 2 chicken strips and fries the employee at the window was extremely short and rude it seemed like she was annoyed by us asking a question about the kids menu we waited in the drive through for a while and ended up getting extra fries because the order they made up of fries was the wrong size which was ok no big deal but then one of the burgers was missing a Patty and the experience was just unsatisfying ive tried to find a way to reach out for a refund but can't seem to get through to a support member so I've resorted to leaving a review read more

This place was packed. Definitely a local's favorite, so despite the other reviews. We thought we try it out. First thing I noticed is the food tasted fresh. The fries were delicious. And of course the fry sauce was spot on. The burgers were fresh tasting, and tasted good. I noticed the meat was a smaller patty, but I had just ordered a regular cheeseburger. I wonder if it was so small because it was fresh meat like someone had hand made the patties. Definitely not frozen from Costco. The strawberry shake was straight from a cool 50's diner and even had a couple chunks of berry. It was a burger place and was good enough. Nothing gourmet here. I should have paid attention to Yelp when I was hungry during lunchtime in Clarkston, WA. After driving for a few hours, I needed to relieve myself and that was a much higher priority than discovering a hidden lunch gem while traveling for work. The good part first, the restroom was clean. My burger was a cold, burnt, chewy, thin hockey puck, the fries were unsalted and the counter help did not suggest adding cheese or tomato. to this wilted warm lettuce, bland sauce and poorly grilled wafer offering. What I received on a dirty tray for $7.11 was very disappointing although it could have been improved vastly by whoever was cooking it. A burnt wafer? The Sharp's burger ranch was not busy at all so it tells me the grill master has zero pride in his job he is paid to do and that is by supplying good food to whoever orders it and when he can't do that, should be fired or maybe demoted to parking lot detail. Case in point, the fries had zero salt! The burger was also totally unseasoned!!!!! (except for being char-blackened! Whoever heard of unsalted french fries? All I can say is, even the golden arches has a better basic hamburger than what I was sold here and after this meal, I can't recommend eating here unless the alternative is starvation. Sad. I've been going to Sharps for over 30 years and whenever I'm in the valley, I try to stop in. Yesterday, while ordering I couldn't help but notice a strange stench by the counter. While waiting for my food I walked by 12 dirty tables and got lucky enough to find the last clean one. My burger had a long fuzzy thing in it, not hair, but like hair. My sister ordered without lettuce and it was full of it while only being partially cooked, not pink, but red in the middle of the thin meat patty. It was a very sad experience and unless I start getting forgetful, I probably won't being going back. read more

If you have a really, really busy restaurant and need a break, Sharp's has the secret sauce on how to calm things down. Mix in two parts bad service with one part bad food. Simmer, stir and serve. I'm not sure which was the worst part of our first and last visit...the cold hamburgers, hard buns or the terrible service. The cold burgers are somewhat understandable, though. The patties were about the thickness of a quarter (literally), which makes it tough to hold any heat. Maybe the bigger patties are better, but the regular burgers...just say no. When our order was called I stood at the counter holding the tray of food, wondering about the whereabouts of our shakes. It took a few minutes for someone to ask if I needed anything else. When I inquired about them I received a blank stare...followed by an apology for the new girl and an inquiry on what we ordered. Once we got back to the table I realized we were overcharged (the special didn't ring up on sale). I asked about it when she brought our shakes and was told "oh, you're right. I will let them know..." After finishing our meal we realized that was all she is going to do-tell them the special wasn't ringing up correctly. Keep the buck 29. I'm so sad. Haven't been to Burger Ranch in awhile and it'll be a long time before I go back. My fav has always been the Buster with ham and bacon. Tonight my Buster had 1 very, very thin slice of ham, looked and tasted like Buddig, and 2 pieces of bacon so thin you could actually see through them. The inside of the restaurant was nice; they had good, clean high chairs for kids. The value seemed pretty good. I went with my mother to the drive-trough and I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup only, and my mother ordered a burger and nothing else. They ended up giving me a HAMburger with ketchup, and they gave my mom the right burger but they gave her fries, upside down. It looked like they just threw the fries and burger in her bag and called it good. The costumer service isn't that great either, we got to the window and the girl shot us dirty looks. She then gave us our food and closed the window when I was asking for a water. Their fry sauce containers are also very little and if you get one container, it'll last you about half of the fries, even if you don't double dip. The burger wasn't very good, neither were the fries, even if you like your fries with no sauce, you won't enjoy these. The buns on the burger weren't very soft, and by the last bite of my burger, it was colder than room tempature. I was lucky I ate the food in time! If I would have waited another five more minutes, it would have already been cold! If you ever come here, make sure you make your order clear for them I guess. I was not impressed. read more

I grew up on the Sharps Ranch Burger and now won't touch any of their burgers. Shreadded lettuce, couple pickles and their sauce doesn't cut it for a fully loaded burger. The only thing that brings me back is their sauce & fries. Bonus: In the summer you can get very good huckleberry shakes and a scotch and soda (7up with vanilla flavor added) anytime. The last time I ordered a hamburger (Saddle Bag) for my daughter it was terrible. The patty was so thin and small; seriously I removed it from the bun and held it up to the light and could see daylight through it in multiple places. This happened in a drive through experience, I called them with my complaint. Their reply was to come back for a replacement...why? Do you think the rest of their hamburger patties are thick and juicy? How in the heck did that thing make it onto the burger in the first place? Quality control - nonexistent. Their facilities on the other hand are the cleanest you will encounter anywhere. Their prices are a bit high compared to a place like Wendy's whose burgers triumph over anything produced by Sharps. They are also closed on Sundays which is a drag when you are driving along Bridge St and are craving the fries/sauce. read more
