Blade had no trouble but the side needed to be polished again. The technician man accepted my request pleasantly and he continued until he satisfied. (He tested the sharpness with paper) I offered to pay the service but he didn't take it at all. Not only that, he taught me very good advice to take care it at home. "Avoid citrus fruit, clean and wipe right away. Use baking soda plus some water to polish the spot" I was very very impressed with their customer service. Plus, they have something interesting seasoning sample on the counter. Feel free to expand your cooking idea.

It is really convenient to have his services downtown on Thursdays at Yaletown because you can do your shopping for that buttery smoked tuna and some delicious local artichokes while Mr. Sharp makes your future kitchen experiences a pleasure. You will have no trouble at all making perfect slices from those glorious local tomatoes you bought. It does require a pinch of planning though because most of us don't traverse the city with our knives in our tote bags. The prices are very reasonable at $5 or $6 for average length blades. But he also does special knives like those for carving turkeys. It is great to have his expert services! Be careful when you get home though- as the name says.....
