I googled air conditioning panels and their company was mentioned. I had them make up a panel for my hose. They provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions on what I needed to tell them to make this panel. I was informed it would take 7 to 9 days. They had a big backlog of 40 panels to make before my order. Sure enough on my 9th day I got a call from them. It works well and I'm happy with the work they did. I'm glad I ignored the bad reviews on Yelp or else I would have missed out on getting this made.

This ewer is very important to the church because it has been there since 1956. I searched and searched and I felt that there had to be someone in the whole of Vancouver who could do this repair and then I found Donald's Innovations and Repairs on Google. He was very methodical in examining the baptismal ewer to see if he could do the repairs before he accepted the job. He then kept in touch via e-mail with photos of the progress he was making and the whole job was finished in one week. We are very satisfied with the finished product - it looks great and will now continue to be of service to the church for many years. Thank you Donald. I don't often post reviews, however this time the service met all my expectations. We're very pleased with the final product. It took a little longer than anticipated but worth the wait. Their fabric selection was one of the best in terms of variety and options. Staff was helpful and friendly. They worked with our requested wood paint selection. Apparently it wasn't the normal type of finish and there was an extra charge. Any deficiencies were remedied promptly and without any pushback. Things to note is to make sure you allow enough time for fabric order to arrive, any unavoidable staffing shortages, higher demand before the Christmas season. Also time to fix anything not quite right. Easy to find and free parking.
