i took my car here back in december and when i got it back there was pieces missing all throughout the car, the corners were done very sloppy, 4 weeks after i get the tint done i rolled my back window down and rolled it up and the tint had came up, i listened to the man at the front and didnt roll it down for the few week but i waited 4 weeks to do it simply to be safe and that happend. Present day i took it to someone else and even the other person said the work was very poor and sloppy for the price and i agree for 357$ the work was very sloppy and poor. read more

Like others, if there was a star less than one, that's what I rate the service and quality. I would never want anyone to experience what I did, so that's why I'm leaving this review. To be fair, this business did an excellent job on my new car in 2018 which is why brought my brand new car to have the windows tinted. I got the UV tint and the warranty. There were bubbles left on some of the windows, but the amount of bubbles left on the sunroof were unacceptable. I took my car back to have the windows fixed twice. The last time I took the car back to be fixed is when I experienced the worse customer service and experience ever. My tint not only still has bubbles, my headliner in my brand new car was burned while the owner tried to fixed the sunroof. When I was told what happened, I asked for a refund and was told I would not get my money back. I asked how the issue would be resolved and was told "it is what it is" and I was told to leave. I still have not received an apology or any resolution. Word to the wise, keep driving pass this business and find a more reputable business for your tint. read more

1 star because 0 isn't an option! DO NOT USE! Absolutely horrible customer service, and shouldn't even be allowed to call themselves a business. We called to confirm a price from Groupon and were told not to buy the Groupon. They asked me to just come in and they'd honor that price, because Groupon takes a percentage of the sale if we bought it. I didn't mind helping a business keep more of their money for doing the work. After getting there Angelica told us they'd honor the Groupon price, and that we didn't even have to drop it off because it'll only take 30 minutes. I told her I was going to run an errand, and she said "no problem, wIe'll call when it's ready." To this point no problems at all! They called 4 hours later saying my car was ready.... Really glad I didn't sit and wait! That wasn't the worst part. Then Angelica told me a different final bill than the price we agreed to at drop off. She tried to over charge us saying "you can't use that discount" and when we said that's not the price we agreed to her reply was simply "I was wrong when you dropped it off, this is the price now." My wife then asked her to go in the back to get the owner so we could discuss this with him, and her reply was "YOU GO GET HIM!" Completely stunned by the lack of professionalism, or even common sense on how to run a business we explained to her we will pay the price we agreed to, and if she wants more then she'd need to get the owner. I just have to say I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with this place. I went there before they opened at 10 and someone there told me to come back later because a sewer pipe had burst and they were fixing it. I called a little after noon and was told only 1 person ahead of me with one window left and would only be an hour if I came by. I get 10 min after that phone call and they tell me 3 people in front of me with minimum 3 hours wait? That's absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional... Thank you for wasting my time. Went to these guys on a recommendation. That was a mistake. Chose a UV tint for the front window and they put the wrong (tinted) film on. Called back and scheduled to get it fixed and when I go, they have closed early. Get the owner on the 3rd day and tell him to get this illegal tint off my truck and give my money back. He says his guy made a mistake but he will not refund my money. I had to go 3 times to get fixed. When I finally got it replaced he wouldn't even come out to discuss. This place was really quick at tinting my extended cab Silverado, the tint itself is good material, and the price was right. However: MAJOR lack of attention/care to details. I literally have chunks of tint missing in some of my window corners. Plus the cuts are off too, not even covering some of the back window corners. Serious lack of detail is the problem I had. If you want professional work this place is probably capable but they just don't care enough so I wouldn't recommend it; there are too many other options for window tint. I had them tint my windows to make it legal for inspection and it failed cause they put it to dark so I went to get it fixed and the man told me he would meet me first thing in the morning, 8am, to fix it and he never showed up and I sat there till 9:20. Had gone to Sharp window tinting to get a monitor, that they had, installed in my 2014 truck. Was told that it was a certain price but if it did not work it would be taken out. ended up being charged 3 times what I was told. It did not works as it should only one part of the many parts worked (radio). This is also a stereo shop. After 2 hrs it showed that they did not know what they were doing. They parked my truck out front and when I went to leave discovered backup camera did not work. Went back in and was told they would fix next day. I returned as I was told meeting with the front office person and was told they were not going to do anything that nothing was promised. So here is my warning don;t use this business. Made an appointment for window tint repair. The tint they put on had bubbled up on the back window and needed repair. Dropped it off a little before the appointment time. Waited and waited for several hours for the call to pickup. Never got a call. Show up an hour before closing and my vehicle is still parked out front not fixed. They then proceed to tell us they don't do repairs on the weekend (eventhough they made the appointment knowing it was a repair job and they knew it was a repair job when we dropped it off). They said they tried to call. No voice-mails. No missed calls on my phone. Said we could make an appointment for during the week. Nope. Don't appreciate the runaround and the time and gas we wasted that day. We'll pay someone else to fix it. Just lost our business forever. So unprofessional. It's not our fault you allowed us to be scheduled on the weekend. You should've honored that and you should've told us at drop off that you didn't plan on honoring it. Let me start by saying I have never posted a review before on any platform. I feel so strongly about this situation that i felt everyone should be alerted as to whats going on at this place of business. To start off i had called around several places looking to get my front windshield tinted with a clear tint that blocks out heat. These people were the only ones that could get to me right away. (in hindsight that should have been my first red flag) I arrived to Sharp Window Tint and was immediately greeted by some very strong cigarette odors. I stood in the front room for about 3-4 minutes and the lone customer sitting in the room told me i needed to push the button for service. I pushed the button and waited another 3-4 minutes. Considered leaving and actually walked out to breathe clean air, but i had already scheduled someone to pick me up as i was dropping off my vehicle. As i was walking back in a lady was coming out of the back "angel". She seemed nice enough. I asked when they closed and she looked at me and said "when we finish". I said ok well i would like to know when so i can make sure i pick up my vehicle in time. At which point she said 5 o clock. I called at 4:30 to see if it was ready and she said yes. I got there at 4:45 and again waited for 4-5 minutes in the very hot smelly front room. Finally walked around to the side to see my truck sitting there but no registration sticker. The owner walked out and said "ill send her in the office". I went back inside and paid. I didn't notice at the time but they didn't charge me sales tax which i thought was pretty odd. I asked her where my sticker was and she said " oh you may need a new one, i said im sorry what? She said "im not saying you do im just saying sometimes people have to get new ones". That is ridiculous and unheard of, maybe if you are not good at your job it happens... I've had several windshields replaced and never had an issue before not to mention i spoke to two other tint shops prior and they said it was a non issue. Anyways, I walk around and see Joe putting my sticker on (breathing a sigh of relief) and then stood there for about 15-20 minutes while he was messing with the front corner of my windshield. At this point I knew something was going to be wrong. He finished and shook my hand, nice enough. I left and didn't realize it at first but they actually tore my registration sticker... the bottom corner of the tint looked horrible and i noticed 3 small chips in my windshield right away. In addition, the two passenger corners were unacceptable as was the area around the rear view mirror. I called 8 times the next morning from 9-11:30 and nobody ever answered the phone or called me back. I called another tint shop but hung up when nobody answered. That gentlemen called me back right away even though i didn't leave a message. He offered to inspect the work and give an unbiased opinion. He confirmed the chips in my windshield were from heating the windshield and hitting it with the torch. They weren't there before so i knew they came from Joe. He confirmed that the tearing of the registration sticker was ridiculous. At this point the sticker was falling off the window. He said a lot of the bubbles would go away but that the 3 corners and the area around the mirror would never be fixed. I then went to Sharp to try and contact Joe. Believe it or not i was greeted immediately by Joe. In his socks, looking a bit hostile. I told him i just wanted my money back. He tried to make me seem ridiculous for complaining about my registration being torn... He denied chipping my windshield and scratching the fender on my truck(where you can see the imprint from a person leaning over the hood). He agreed the tint in his words " looked like s**t". He angrily said he would redo it. I told him i couldn't trust him with my vehicle again since the damage incurred already exceeded the value of the job i paid him for. I just wanted my money back and i would disappear. He told me "im not getting my f***ing money back" he then went inside and shut the front door on me. At which point i pulled out my phone and started recording(for proof to my bank/court i attempted to remedy this) i opened the door to say" i just want to be clear you are refusing...He cut me off and HE STARTED CHARGING AT ME AND THREATENED TO "PUNCH ME THE F**K OUT IF I DIDN'T LEAVE" AS HE PUSHED ME OUT OF THE DOORWAY. i have it all on video! I said "really you're going to make me call the cops?" at which point he said he would call the cops on me!! for "disrupting his business" very laughable as there were no customers there and hes walking around in his socks. Not to mention i was there for less than 3 minutes trying to calmly talk to him. i left. I read his responses to reviews prior to coming up to the shop so i knew he was a hot head. Knowing that i stayed calm with him. Mission failed as he was unreasonable. STAY AWAY. Guessing he will utter lies below based on what ive read.... read more

Was told when I first called it would take 1 1/2 hours to tint. When I showed for my appt. I was there from 10-3. I was already upset about the time it took when there was only 2 cars there Mine and another one. But they also broke my windshield... I have had my car a month. Owner is impossible to talk to his staff wont let you through to him. They said they would replace windshield... Made another time to go there for them to replace windshield and also fix the tint that they saw messed up and not done properly. Drove an hour there only to find the wrong windshield. Once again noted the bad tint job on front windows and was told they will fix it. The Windshield company then scheduled to come to my house as I was not taking another whole day in Burleson( I live an hour away) I asked about the calibration of the windshield and was told that they don't always need it. Well Mine does as there are error messages now about my sensors. The Owner called last week and said they would be in my area he would come by to fix the tint and they no showed. And I cant get ahold of them to pay for the Calibration on the windshield. They picked the wrong person to try to get out of fixing what they caused. They will be out of business. read more

I'll tell you, here at loudermilk excavating, we are now believers in this company! We searched all over to have the Windows on our skid steer tinted and everyone either made up excuses on why they couldn't do it or waited until we dropped it off and lost a day of work to tell us they couldn't. But these guys did NOT turn us away! In fact, they did a PERFECT job on our skid steer! So great, we had them do our work truck, too! They did both for the same price quoted on the skid steer alone at other places. I HIGHLY recommend this company, and I will be bringing my car here to have the windows tinted in it! Hands down the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a local business. They did a terrible job after I had him redo three windows there were still bubbles and gaps in the tint. He yelled at me and said it was the best that could be done and threatened to call the police as he stood next to my vehicle with all four doors open smoking a cigarette. When I asked him to get away from my vehicle with his cigarette he said smoke wasn't anywhere near it and to get out of his shop. Once i got home I discovered they had trashed the interior of my new vehicle some type of stains and debris were all over the seats. I just wasted 160 dollars on a job I will have to have completely redone. I have no clue how this place is even in business still. Had a appointment with Sharp window tinting this morning and the experience was horrible. Bought a groupon coupon for window tinting of 5 windows and when arrived was greeted by a employee who didn't even introduce himself. Told him I had a groupon and eyes rolled. Went outside to inspect my car and was told I could do whatever for the back windows then I asked him about the driver and passenger front windows and was told law is 35% and if I wanted to go darker I'd have to pay another $200 on top of what I already paid. After I balked at this he then told me he'd do it for $100 if it was cash. Doesn't seem very up and up to me. Wanted to give this business a chance to improve their online presence and give great customer service but sadly they lived up to the negative reviews in every sense.
