We had 8 windows repaired today, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Jacob was reliable, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the whole process. Scheduling an appointment for the quote was easy, the estimate was provided promptly at a very reasonable price, and the window repairs were completed smoothly and efficiently. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and everything was handled with great professionalism. If you're looking for someone who is honest, responsive, and provides excellent service at a fair price, I highly recommend Jacob. We couldn't be happier with the results! read more

Jacob is great to work with. I had an issue with the sash on my windows. The side balances slip down, and the sash cord snapped. Jacob came by and fixed it within minutes. I was so impressed. read more

I submitted a request through Yelp for a broken window sash. Jacob responded within hours with a fair estimate and transparency. One other person tried to charge me basically triple the price that Jacob proposed, and since I didn't hear back from other businesses, we went ahead and booked an appointment for the day after. I didn't actually get to meet Jacob since I was sleeping but my partner only had positive things to say from answering his questions to shoe covers! Would definitely recommend Jacob to others and keeping the business card for future projects if needed. read more

I contacted Sharp Glass to fix a shattered window. Jacob was responsive, communicative and easy to work with. He explained what he was doing and was very transparent about parts and pieces that may not match my existing windows (even though they were barely even noticeable). The window looks great. I'm very happy with the work done. read more

Jacob made the entire process of replacing my IGU painless. Showed up to-the-minute of schedule both when pre-measuring and installing. Created a quote for both direct replacement and the addition of obscured glass. Even advised on the potential need for tempered, which ultimately wasn't necessary. Will definitely keep him in mind for any other needs. Thanks read more

Jacob did an amazing job replacing our front gridwork double paned window! Other places hemmed and hawed with giving me info over email but he immediately told me when he could come out to take a look and give a quote. He was so considerate, bringing shoe covers for coming into our house, and even brought sample pieces of what the new internal edge of the replacement will be compared to the original. He is also auper responsive via text. I was so happy to support his local small business (he is a one man shop), and he was such a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend getting a quote from Sharp Glass! Thank you, Jacob, our new window looks so good! :) And now we really need to wash our other windows. read more

I had two windows that wouldn't stay up because the old sash balancers were broken. Jacob came out exactly when he said he would and replaced them quickly. He is incredibly experienced--he looked at the window and knew exactly which parts I needed without any guesswork. He took the time to explain how the new mechanisms worked and made sure every window operated smoothly before he left. The windows slide perfectly now. He also cleaned up everything and took all the old parts and trash with him. Highly recommend! read more

What do you do when a part of your house breaks? The first step is obviously to panic. The second is to look for someone to fix it, and that's probably why you're here. Jacob was absolutely everything you'd want from a professional. He was responsive, laid out expectations early and showed up with everything ready to go. He answered all the questions I had, told me what to watch out for going forward and was extremely considerate when it came to things like shoe coverings and coming in and out of the house. While I hope that nothing else breaks in the near future, if it does, I'll know whom to call. read more

Jacob is fantastic. Very responsive, timely and very detailed in explaining the technical aspects of the window glass options. Everything was smooth. Definitely highly recommend. read more

A golf ball broke my daughter's bedroom window. We received quotes from many vendors, and Sharp Glass came in with an estimate easily beating the others. The service was easy, quick, and high quality. Jacob is a nice guy and knows what he's doing. My only regret is that I put this off for so long due to those initial high estimates. I'm so glad I found him (actually it was my brother who found him and referred me to him). I could not recommend Sharp Glass any more highly! I'll definitely be going back when another crappy golfer inevitably breaks another window. read more

Great service. I needed new glasses to reduce noise from the street and neighbor parties. Jacob explained everything so that I understood my options and then completed the job in a timely manner. He did a good job and was very prompt and courteous. read more

Jacob is prompt, excellent communicator, meticulous in his work, and fairly priced. I had a very large (~ 6 ft square) failed double paned glass window and he did a perfect job in replacing the glass insert. Highly recommended, couldnt ask for better service. I am looking out a beautiful, clear, kitchen window! I owe it all to Jacob. He did a wonderful job and because it was a garden window, it wasn't easy. Jacob is very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. His prices are fair/reasonable and I was thrilled to find him. He cleaned and vacuumed everything before he left and even offered to wear booties in my house. I know if I need any glass work in the future again, I will call Sharp Glass and Jacob. read more

He is quick in responding, very honest telling us that we only needed to replace the glasses and not the window. Very on time for the appointment, very courteous and he and his crew member Jorge even put on hottie coming in without asking! Laid pads down and the whole thing was done so clean that we don't really have any cleaning to do afterwards! Totally 5 stars and beyond and so glad we found them! read more

Jacob promptly responded to my yelp message. From the start he clarified what would this project take. It was small job wherein one side of double pane window has cracked. He showed up on the weekend (flexible for our time) and provided clarification for my questions. Though the price quoted was equivalent to other quotes, I decided to go with him as he is a local business and connected with our straightforward approach. Got the new glass within 7 days and couldn't be more impressed. read more

We had several windows that had failed over the years. Most of the contractors we contacted through Yelp were flakes. One wanted me to measure the windows and send dimensions to him. He sent me a quote based on my measurements, but would only come to my house if I signed the contract. Another asked for photos, which I provided, and then sent me a "quote" without any idea of what kind of window, or when or anything. Jacob, at Sharp Glass, came to the house, took careful measurements, and explained in detail what our options were. He did the work, on time and competently, for a very fair price. If you're looking for any kind of window or door work, look no further. read more

We had a shattered patio door glass on a winter morning and called Jacob. He responded within 30 mins. Even after being completely booked for the day, he showed up the same morning understanding the urgency, got the measurements, taped the existing glass structure, communicated throughout the transportation time of the new glass. When the new glass arrived, he showed up the same day and installed the glass on a Friday evening. All of this for a reasonable price! I would highly recommend Sharp Glass Inc. for all your glass needs! Jacob is probably a one man army, support local business! read more

Imagine a white glove service with deliberate customer service skills and competitve pricing. Now add integrity, craftsmanship and professionalism. These are the qualities that describe Jacob Moffett with Sharp Glass LLC. I contacted Jacob for a glass replacement quote of 7 compromised windows in my home. After a brief discussion, Jacob had a very clear understanding of my glass needs and was sure to explain every detail related to repair or defer. He articulated to me the project scope in a manner that was easy to understand and agreeable with my needs. Once all measurements were taken and product specifications recorded, Jacob provided us with a reasonable estimate, timeframe, and expectation. On the day of the repair, Jacob reiterated with me the process and timeline. Circling back to the white glove service, he was very mindful and respectful of my home by laying down protective tarps, vacuuming residual dust, and wiping off excessive dirt in the window tracks. Never compromise craftsmanship! Jacob's skill and attention to detail were impeccable. He delivered quality glass with a refreshing attitude that gleamed an almost superhero-like quality to my home. I'm new to home ownership so never had to fix any windows before, and Jacob took the time to explain why it happens, the different options, and never felt like he was pushing any products on me to increase the cost. Jacob is both very nice and informative. I would work with Jacob again for any future window/glass issues. read more
