Great communication - owner explained the issues we were having, why we had them, and the best way to remedy them. The price was fair, and ended up being a little cheaper than originally thought in the end so we weren't charged as much. Then new windows came on quick and their service tech completed the work without delay or any issues. He also had good communication while here doing the work. read more

It is not easy to fix a broken window. Dublin Glass was among the different options, and were the first to get everything together.Sent a picture with approximate measurements of the glass to get a quote. This can be used for insurance purposes or whatever. I accepted quote and paid it, since it was under $1000. They took personal measurements, One six days later got a call and scheduled installation the next day. Installation was quick and flawless. Thanks! read more

Dublin Glass is a great company to work with. Their service team is excellent. I worked with Melissa on three separate orders and the experience was the best! I will continue to work with them as they make it so easy and affordable. Thank you! read more

Our patio door was shattered. The team at Dublin Glass came out to assess the damage and provided a very reasonable quote. They came back to perform the job as agreed, and did a fantastic job in doing so. It was a very complex job that was meticulously, attended to by the serviceman. Our patio door looks better than ever. And I highly recommend that you hire Dublin Glass for any window or glass job that you may have. read more

Working with Dublin Glass was such an easy and painless process. Melissa, Villy and Joe were very professional, courteous, and job was completed as promised with no hiccups. Customer service is excellent and measuring/ installation was excellent and clean. Would definitely use them again! read more

Dublin Glass were awesome. I had two windows with seals that had broken. One on a relatively new window, and one on a half-moon, bedroom window that had also cracked and that we had been ignoring for 15+ years. In looking for companies, one I called was responsive but crazy expensive, the other 'local' firm was about as hopeless as they get. Dublin Glass picked up the phone (real person), were quick to send out someone to measure, and after go-ahead, they had the new units in within a week. Credit to Laura, young Joe and the rest of team. read more

Definitely impressed with the service. Mike (the owner) came to take measurements and gave me a few options for height for our master bathroom . I discussed with him an issue we were having with our second bathroom roller glass door that was installed by them in 2018. Mike offered to send his team to fix the roller for free. This blew me away. Dublin glass's estimate for our master bath shower was also very competitive compared to another estimate I got. Very happy with the service, price, and product that was installed. Definitely recommend Dublin glass. Melissa was response through emails as well. read more

We received quotes from 2 local companies to have a large, unusually-shaped window replaced. The quotes being very comparable, we decided to go with Dublin Glass due to the efficiency of the process. Laura handled our order and was responsive, organized and very helpful. The other company was difficult during the quoting process, and when I asked questions, they seemed to be overly annoyed. Villy came out to do the template and also the installation and he was on time, professional and did a great job. read more

I moved into a new place and there were old, ugly wooden shelves in this spot. We wanted to get glass to replace them, and looked around on Yelp until finding Dublin glass. I sent them an email to get a quote about what I wanted along with the measurements and a picture of where they would go. They had a quote and we had everything finalized in a day. The shelves took 2 business days to make, and they look great. They feel very stable and high quality. The two shelves cost $106 which was super reasonable. Very happy with the overall process! read more

I reached out to them and they were pretty responsive! Best place to go if you need a new residential window!!!! All day long!!!

Dublin Glass did a superb job replacing eight of my Milgard windows whose seals had failed after 12 years and became "foggy". Mike (the owner) came out and measured with precision, explaining everything in detail. Villy and his crew expertly replaced the failed windows with new, better windows sourced from the leading quality manufacturer. The price was fair. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Thanks so much Dublin Glass. read more

There are plenty of glass companies whose phones are not answered by a jerk. Go to one of them instead. I needed replacement mirror glass for a sliding bypass closet door which my carpet installer cracked. Dublin Glass did not carry the vinyl backed mirror glass but offered me the following unsolicited and unappreciated advice: " That's what you get for going with the low cost installer". Aside from the incorrect assumption about what happened, I could have done without the snarky comment. read more

Dublin Glass provided excellent service for our shower door. They are known for the great product selection and installation but they also are full service. Many shower door glass installers install, but when you have need for service they don't show up. We installed our shower in 2005 and it needed silicone replacement and plastic angle rod replacement. After calls to several companies only Dublin Glass was willing to do a " Shower Refresh". This is not a high dollar item for them but they provide the service anyway. There was wonderful communication with Laura at the office for scheduling and information on what the service provided. Then when Brandon and Tyler showed up the quality service continued. They both were informative, conscientious, neat, detailed, provided excellent work and were friendly. The work they did was superb. I would recommend them and Dublin Glass highly. read more

Needed to repair a towel rack on a shower glass door. I called several other local glass and shower door companies, and every single one of them refused to even attempt to repair the rack. All kept saying if they didn't do the shower door install, they wouldn't repair the rack. They all wanted to charge me an arm and a leg to install a brand new shower door (was looking at nearly $2k at a lot of these places). Finally I contacted Dublin Glass, and they said they would attempt to fix it, and if it wasn't fixable, then in that case a new shower door may be needed. Ok fair enough, I'm happy that at least an attempt would be made. It turned out that in fact the rack WAS repairable and there was absolutely no need for a new shower door. Just wow - to think I nearly had to spend $2k for a new door that wasn't even necessary. Thank you so much Dublin Glass for your honesty, integrity, and willingness to take on a smaller job and not try to get the most money out of someone possible! For sure if I need future work like this done, I'll definitely be coming back to this company. read more

We've used them before years ago for a bathroom installation but our recent interaction with them has been lacking. We contacted Mike/Joe for a quite to replace windows. Per their request, we emailed them photos and then silence. Emailed photos 4/19 and today is 4/30 and we reached out three times after photos and still nothing. A simple reply that you are busy and not interested would be professional enough. read more

Dublin Glass is the best! We had an attempted break-in over the weekend and our patio glass slider was shattered. At the recommendation of our contractor who has worked with them for years, I called Dublin Glass first thing Monday morning and they had someone out here within a couple of hours--he took measurements and go the glass ordered that day. They installed it Thursday morning. The price was right too! Experts in their field and extremely conscientious. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and on top of it. I have couple dual panel windows need to be replaced. Special thanks to the owner, Mike, who came out to do the measurement and checked on the windows. Quick to respond to requests and conveniently located off the freeway with plenty of parking. What have I used them for? Custom piece of glass to cover the dining table. Super effective when you have kids with markers and sharp objects. Looks 10x better than a table cover. Ordering was simple and I saved a good chunk of change by picking up the glass myself. They even offered the option to pick up after hours. I'm sure a need will arise again and it's good to have a go to place so close to home. read more

Dublin Glass is the place to go! I received bids for replacement windows from $1200 / window, and more if only fixing one window, more than $10,000 for 8 windows. I started questioning what I was really trying to do. I found out from Ponderosa homes that the windows in our Bent Creek homes are Rylock Windows and they are no longer in business. I realized that I could physically remove the slider window myself. I contacted Dublin Glass and took pictures of the issue. The receptionist had me speak with Pam (office manager?) and she told me that many companies don't fix windows, but if I was willing to bring it in, she would get it fixed! They quoted me a very reasonable rate, so I brought it in the next morning at 8am. They called me back at 1:30pm and the window was fixed. And their price was 1/5th what they quoted me! They get my top review for a great company to work with on windows! read more

I really cannot provide feedback on the quality of their work. I understood from others that it was very good I did not get that far. I sent pictures, three times to three different email addresses and then got a phone call asking for the pictures again. This was after I asked why I had not received a response. They will come out but will charge $75 to come out . Perhaps they are just having some internal confusion, but it was very frustrating for me. read more

When I ordered some custom cabinets at Lowe's, they recommended ordering the glass at a glass place to save a lot of money. I wasn't sure I wanted to sign up for the extra hassle, but I did it anyway. Turns out, once I found Dublin Glass, it was no hassle at all. I did save a bunch of money, and it wasn't much more effort than dealing with Lowe's. I was expecting to install the glass myself, but Dublin Glass cuts the glass and installs it for a very affordable price. And the finished product looks much better than I would have done. read more

Very impressed with Dublin Glass Co. We've used them a few years ago for a master shower door ( frameless shower door) and were extremely happy with customer service and the outcome. So I recently contacted them again to come and install 5 more frameless shower doors for our new home and they look amazing. Be sure to pay extra for the special coating over the glass so the water stains don't ruin your beautiful glass doors. :) The only problem I had was the smoking installer who left some cigarette buds in the driveway :/ yuk! But other than that, very nice guy who did a great job. Def recommend DUblin Glass. read more

So frustrated! Horrible customer service and quality control. I ordered a piece of glass for a desk. They told me it would be a few days at it needed to be done off site. Later that day they called and said it was ready. I told them I'd pick it up the next day. They called again and said it's ready. I said, "yes, I know. We spoke and I told you I'd come in tomorrow." The receptionist seemed annoyed. I picked up the glass which they placed into the car only to find two of the sides weren't polished and were rough to the touch. No response to my email that I sent requesting it be corrected. No call back after I left a message. Now I called again and she apologized for not getting back to me but it would be two more trips for me to drop off and pick up again. Horrible customer service and the receptionist is losing business for them. I won't be ordering from them again. read more

So check this out. My shower door was stuck, I called these guys to get it fixed. Instead, Jason called me back and gave me instructions on how to fix it myself. Last month, one of our sliding glass shower doors broke into a million pieces and I wasn't sure we could have it replaced. I started contacting glass companies, one of which was Dublin Glass. I had sent them an email request via their website with the specs of the sheet of tempered glass I needed. I was contacted via email within an hour with some follow up questions and received a reasonable quote within an hour. I called their office and the young lady who answered was very polite, friendly and knowledgable. I ordered the glass and was told it would be ready in about five days. It was finished on the third business day and they called me immediately so I could pick the glass up and get our shower working again. They were most definitely a pleasure to work with and I would certainly do business with them and recommend them without a second thought. read more

I am very disappointed with the customer service and quality of product I received upon delivery. I had ordered a piece of glass for my table top and paid the $75 delivery charge thinking it would come in better condition then if I picked it up myself. The glass was dirty all over with built on dirt marks and those that delivered the product didn't wear gloves so their fingerprints were all over the glass. The glass came in no packaging-- and was NOT cleaned upon delivery. I called Dublin glass to share my experience and the front desk person was not even apologetic and offered no solutions. I asked to speak to the owner but she said the owner is always in and out. I left my number for the owner Pam and asked her to have her call me. It's been 7 days and I still have not received a call. I even emailed the sales team and Pam (the owner) directly with no response. It's unfortunate that they don't value their customers. This is the worst service AND delivery from a local business that I have ever experienced! read more

Looking at the reviews it seems like the issue I had is similar to others. A job that should have taken a week or so to organize took over a month, daily calls, emails and multiple visits to organize. Sometimes it felt like "Chase Dublin Glass" had been top of my "todo" list forever. I understand that what may seem like a simple job to us, is probably more complex, and that products have to be paid for ahead of time, ordered and you have to wait on supplies - but really.... this truly felt like banging my head against a brick wall at times. I cant count how many times I got an email from them asking "How would you like to proceed?" - I'd like to proceed by getting the job finished so I can live the rest of my life. It would really help if they started out with some kind of information about how the process will happen. There seems to be a complex system of photos, estimates, payments, updates on estimates, additional payments, scheduling visits, further updates, cancelling visits, further visits, further payments, ordering stock, scheduling, cancelling, rescheduling... - none of which they contact you about, but you find out about each step once you get through to the office to ask to move forward. I'm sure their office would not be so busy if they didnt make us call or email every day. When we did get the third technician visit, he told us his life story, which was super interesting, but probably not worth the two of us taking an hour off work to enjoy. Thank goodness we are working from home because it would be impossible to hold down a job outside the home and take off enough time to deal with this company. Dublin glass have cornered the market in high level work - but I think customers should be pre-warned that they dont work to your deadlines and you need to be prepared to put in many hours of your own time to make the job happen. read more

I worked with Dublin glass for our bathroom remodel. Kudos on multiple fronts. 1) They were able to send the owner over same time and come and take measurements 2) I worked very well with the Salesperson on finalizing the cost- we had a couple of iterations and everything was explained clearly for each of the additions - we got the Starphire and Diamon Glass for the costs. Also worked with us on getting the right color to go with the rest of the bathroon fixtures 3) We had a small leak coming out of one of the anchors. They came out twice to fix it and never complained about making everything 100% correct. I really appreciate the fact that they committed to the job for which we paid them. read more

We've used Dublin Glass on two different occasions. With both instances we've received nothing but the best service and quality of work. 1st time: We purchased a glass top for our square dining table. Our table seats eight people, so it's a good size piece of glass that we needed. Pam helped us out with the ordering. She was very knowledgeable and even deterred us from buying a thicker glass even though she could have made more money off of us. The custom piece of glass was ordered and delivered in less than two weeks. My fiance called around and Dublin Glass had the best price. 2nd time: Since we worked with them before I decided to call back Dublin Glass for an emergency install for a front window that was broken, this was on a Monday. We were leaving on vacation on Wednesday, so I needed the window to be fixed before then. I spoke to Pam and explained what needed to be done and right away she sent someone over to come and measure out our window. Since Pam kindly scheduled us right away they were able to get the order in for our custom window on Monday. First thing in the morning on Wednesday before our flight, one of their guys came in and finished the installation in less than an hour. Pam and Dublin Glass made the whole ordeal so simple and easy! I definitely plan on using Dublin Glass Co. again! read more
