This is my second review (or update?) for this establishment. This time our guy was KEVIN, a truly amazing tech. As great as the first detailing was, this one was double so. Why? Well, I not had only my car done this time but my wifes pick up too! Kevin got to our house (ON A MILITARY BASE) without an issue and started at 730AM and was here until about 600PM. Talk about a full day of work, my lord!! Anyhow, both vehicels (RAM 1500 SLT, BMW 750i) were quite a mess (yes, even mine) my 14 year old makes it her goal to make every car she sits in a mess, make up , hair products, brushes, old masks. "stuff" - you name it. As for the RAM 1500 it had some dog hair in addition, and of course the 14 year old's touch - a MESS. Kevin got to it and made them both look and FEEL like a new. I used Sharp Detail for my car cleaning. We ran into an issue with rain and my first planned appt had to be rescheduled. Trent, the detailer, and the office staff were all very kind and made sure I got rescheduled for another day. Unfortunately, it did end up raining again on my scheduled day so Trent had to come back to finish the wash. But each step of the way he and the office staff were more than kind. Highly recommend! Tyler cleaned both of our cars and did a thorough, detailed job. No inch was left untouched. He was attentive to a few requests I had (scratches on the exterior, dirt in the gear shift when taken out of park -- he had to start the car and put it in drive in order to clean, which he did no problem, just needed the keys). The Premium Detail took 5-6 hours per car, not the 3-4 hour estimate. This was fine with me -- it takes time to clean that well! He was at our house for 12 hours, with a 1-hour refuel and lunch break between cars. If customers are having all their cars cleaned in one visit, just make sure you don't have any urgent errands that day. Got my Ranger Raptor detailed today by Jeremy from Sharp-Detail. He did an incredible job! My truck is only a year old, but it had never been washed and was overdue for a cleaning. Jeremy arrived within the advertised window and got right to work. I peeked out the window to check up on his progress from time to time and he was in constant motion for the entire 3.5 hours he was here. Jeremy cleaned every surface, every nook, every cranny. My truck is more complex than the average passenger car, but he didn't miss anything. The results were unbelievable. Truck was spotless, even cleaner than the day I bought it. I joked with Jeremy that I should have put on my sunglasses before inspecting his work because it was that brilliant. In trying to sell our honda Accord we knew the cleaner the better. Enter Trent from sharp detail. We got the interior and exterior package. He is the epitome of "detailing". Once I explained to him the selling situation it almost felt like he went the extra mile, honestly. Never in the 6 years I owned this car looked like this. It hurt to see it go but it did so honorably. Trent said " I hope you get top dollars" for your car and we sure did! Not a single penny less than the original offer. Mark did an amazing job on my car! I wish I had before photos of how much dog fur I had on my floors, but he worked for HOURS removing every strand out of my car. There was a stubborn stain on my seat that he managed to lighten a lot, and the outside of my car was left spotless. Definitely would recommend this company, and I will be using them again in the future...but maybe i'll call them over more frequently so they're not dealing with a giant fur ball of a car every time lol read more

I got the full detail for $190 which included : Vacuuming Clean All Interior Surfaces Clean Windows and Mirrors Clean Dashboard Trunk Included Shampoo INTERIOR Hand Wash Hand Dry Wax Polish Clean Tires Clean Rims Wash and Wax Door Jambs Clean Plastic and Rubber Trim I love that my car feels new again. I attached before and after pictures. The gentleman who completed the service was very polite and nice. Did not need anything. Arrived an hour early and the total time was about 2 hours and 40 minutes. The communication was excellent throughout. They comped me for the inconvenience of rescheduling but things happen. I received the signature interior for $225 last Tuesday. They were quick in responding and arrived on time to our appointment. The only problem I had was that not all the stains were removed which was expected since I've had the car for 10+ years and have never gotten it cleaned. It does seem like they tried their best though since they spent almost 4 hours out there. My primary concern of stain on headrest got removed completely and our old car would smell in rainy weathers like these days but the smell is no longer there! Overall a much cleaner car but not all stains were removed - which was expected considering the age of the stains. Really good service - friendly and prompt I would recommend!
