When I check it was very low a coolant. Added coolant called and took the car back fpr the 2nd time. 3 days later they tell me a part was replace and it's all fixed. 3l2 days pass and the light is back on .I call then they tell me the shop didn't reset the light .when I check low coolant again.i tell them it's low they sent Saturday a men to pick up the car and gave us a car to move around until they fix the problem now it's March 12. I purchased a vehicle from them thinking that it was accident clean and it was a HUGE lie.. the car kept giving me problems with only the 5 months I had it ..I try to trade it in with another dealership and that when they showed me the car fax and all the accidents and that why I was having issues.. I went back to amber motors and Richard told me he wasn't aware of the accidents and that if I fixed the car he would replace it with another one of the same value.. After spending another $1500 plus tows on the car I bring finally to the dealer and Richard and Victor both kept this scheme and lies going.. Now I'm stuck with a car that is damaged and has no value to exhange!!!

About 3-4 weeks ago, my mom leased a new vehicle and clearly told the salesperson, Jorge Gonzalez, that she did not have money for a down payment. They agreed on a monthly payment, she signed the paperwork, and drove away believing everything was finalized. A few weeks later, she received statements for two Toyota credit card accounts that had been opened in her name without her knowledge or authorization. The available credit on those accounts was used toward a $7,000 down payment on the vehicle. When she questioned the $7,000 down payment, she was told it would be covered by "Toyota incentives." At no point was she informed that credit cards would be opened in her name or that they would be used as part of the transaction. Today, the dealership's response was simply that she signed the contract and agreed to the terms. We strongly disagree. Consumers deserve to fully understand what they are signing and should never discover weeks later that additional credit accounts were opened in their name. We have filed complaints with the CFPB, the Florida Attorney General, Toyota Corporate, and the Better Business Bureau, and are pursuing additional remedies. Please review all documents carefully before signing and monitor your credit reports after purchasing or leasing a vehicle. If anyone else has experienced something similar, I would appreciate hearing from you.

While my parents were outside looking at cars with a salesperson, I went inside with my young daughter because I was feeling tired. I am currently 7 months pregnant, so I simply asked one of the staff members if I could have a bottle of water. He told me I could either purchase one from the vending machine or walk a considerable distance to where the mechanics were to get free water. I was honestly surprised by this response. Offering something as basic as water--especially to a pregnant customer--seems like a small but important gesture of hospitality. What stood out even more was being told that only the salesperson assisting us could provide a "free water bottle" as part of a "personalized experience." I understand every business has its policies, but this interaction felt lacking in basic care and consideration. I would strongly suggest making water more accessible to customers inside the showroom, whether through a dispenser or complimentary bottles.

Due to sales tax issues, we had the vehicle shipped to our location in Southwest Georgia. The vehicle arrived severely damaged during transport before we ever accepted delivery. We immediately notified the dealership of our rescission of sale and demanded a full refund. Despite assurances from the dealership, no refund has been issued. I even traveled back to Miami to meet with the dealership staff who assured me I would hear back from their attorney. This was another in a growing list of commitments not kept by this dealership. We have since filed complaints with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Florida Attorney General, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and the Federal Trade Commission. DHSMV has now opened a formal investigation. Super Autos Doral has failed to act in good faith, have refused to communicate through legal counsel as promised, and continues to hold onto our funds with no legal right to do so. This is not how ethical businesses operate.
