Due to sales tax issues, we had the vehicle shipped to our location in Southwest Georgia. The vehicle arrived severely damaged during transport before we ever accepted delivery. We immediately notified the dealership of our rescission of sale and demanded a full refund. Despite assurances from the dealership, no refund has been issued. I even traveled back to Miami to meet with the dealership staff who assured me I would hear back from their attorney. This was another in a growing list of commitments not kept by this dealership. We have since filed complaints with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, Florida Attorney General, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and the Federal Trade Commission. DHSMV has now opened a formal investigation. Super Autos Doral has failed to act in good faith, have refused to communicate through legal counsel as promised, and continues to hold onto our funds with no legal right to do so. This is not how ethical businesses operate. We strongly advise others to exercise extreme caution before doing business with this dealership. -- Matthew Williams Chief Strategy Officer, Park Models & Modulars, LLC #ConsumerWarning #SuperAutosDoral #FloridaDMV #BuyerBeware

After 3 days of me calling and trying to negotiate a price on a vehicle they dropped price on by 4K (simce they wouldn't even call me)... now listed at $33,940... they came back and said best they could do is $39,000 out the door. What? The only lady who answers the phone said it was taxes and dealer fees. What kind of idiots do they take us for? I already had pre-approved financing and all we had to do was get to a number and they chose to add 5K to the price because they dropped it 4K. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE! REPORT THEM TO THE BBB AND RUN, RUN, RUN! Absolute crooks! What a joke.

I had a very disappointing experience with Dryft Motors LLC…read more I sent a total of $3,500 via Zelle as a down payment for a box truck ($500 on Feb 28, 2026 and $3,000 on March 7, 2026). At no point was I given or asked to sign any purchase agreement, and I was never informed--verbally or in writing--that the deposit would be non-refundable. When I later informed them I could not proceed with the purchase, they refused to return my money and then claimed they have a "non-refundable deposit policy," which was never disclosed to me beforehand. There was no signed contract, no buyer's order, and the sale was never completed or finalized. Due to this situation, I am now pursuing recovery of my funds through formal complaints with the Florida Attorney General's Office and the Department of Transportation, as well as exploring legal action. I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to: - Never send money through Zelle - Request a written contract before making any payment - Verify all terms in writing, especially refund policies Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
