They were not just roasted they were incinerated and apparently the chef tried to mask that with salt! Doesn't sound like a big deal but 3 of us had a meal that was centered around the vegetables. Holy smokes every meal except the shrimp and grits was brining with salt. Another concern was that we arrived with reservations at 12:00. It was 2:30 when we left. The restaurant was not busy. Hillman brewery has tons of seating and has a lovely outdoor patio along the creek that runs next to the brewery. I had their kombucha and my husband had their beer. We both enjoyed our drinks.
