Barb explains the menu and their customers favorites (including The Reuben and their homemade Pimento Cheese) a choice of 1 side from the daily specials and a complimentary brownie or cookie for dessert. They do not have a fryer so all menu items are prepared fresh. I had a Reuben Sandwich and pasta salad. (The sides are large!) We chose to split the Reuben since we have early dinner reservations and each got a side. Even at 1/2 the sandwich and side it was very filling. The sandwich was hot and delicious. At this point, it's not just bad luck--it's a clear pattern of poor management and lack of basic operational planning. How does a chicken restaurant consistently run out of its main product? Ordering online doesn't help either. Expect to wait at least 20 minutes, only to find out when you arrive that they're out of what you ordered anyway. It completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead and shows a serious disconnect between their system and what's actually available in the store. It honestly feels like no one is paying attention. I don't know where the general manager is, but something is seriously off here. It even comes across as if the staff simply don't want to work, so instead of managing inventory properly, they just say they're out of items whether that's accurate or not. Customers shouldn't have to gamble every time they show up just to see if the restaurant is actually serving what's on the menu. Absolutely ridiculous.
