They have a 1 week policy if there is any issues. I went back to have the patches sewn on straight and have an additional patch sewn on. They did not use the spacing I asked for, there was colored thread coming out of each patch. Patches were crooked again and they missed a whole side of a patch. I'm all for supporting local business, but if I'm gonna get crooked patches, I might as well pay myself to do it.

As I stood there witnessing this I thought, why is she here calling this business "alternations" when she couldn't do what this patron was asking. What sucks is you're in a community that obviously you have a negative bias towards, which is part of the clientele... Mom and child left defeated . I almost left too... I really needed the alteration. Although Kathy did my alteration which was a simple closure on a dress, she wouldn't work on the other dress that needed a zipper replacement. She did a good job on the closure unfortunately I don't recommend this place. Hard to communicate and customer service just isn't there. And no official ticket for service it was on a notepad.
