And why can you not get an item made to your preference? Good question. I've not just been one time, I've been several times in the last year and have tried to give this place a shot, but I just can't anymore. This has nothing to do with the owner's political beliefs, although she claims that's a reason people don't like her. She's pretty unlikable no matter who she may vote for.
