Plan to get here maybe 5 min earlier than planned because it'll take some time to find parking. After parking, the experience goes uphill. There are lots of tables available with plenty of space in between. I mean, you'll need common etiquette, but besides that, there are lots of tables for you to choose from. The employees are very nice about setting you up and lighting up the table that you want. They are very accommodating and flexible. There are leagues here as well if you think about making a commitment. Cost seemed appropriate for the quality of the equipment. It was about $20 an hour for a party of 2. So if you split it with a friend, that's about $20 for 2 hours of playtime. The table I used and the spare sticks available seemed to be in good condition. They also serve beer and have sports games along the edges of the shop. There are also stools and small tables available. If you feel like taking a break or not even playing pool at all, it seems like a good place to hang, catch up or watch some sports.

You are able to smoke hookah by itself, eat and smoke, smoke then eat and eat then smoke. They have a long, long list of hookah flavors and yu are abe to mix whatever you want, make your own thing, etc. It's open super late, or used to be- until 4AM. It has a huge parking lot you can enter from Chatsworth Street, just before the big sign of the place. It 's free. There is no dress code, but many people come for dinner and hookah around 8-10PM. At those times, you may have to wait for a table, but no more than five minutes. on the weekend days and weekends, it is the most busy. It is a really big place and very enjoyable.

I am happy to report there appears to be a cultural shift with the staff. They appeared more happy, they smiling, they were joking around among themselves, and they were hustling. My waitress Angie was awesome! She was Johnny on the spot, understood I was the point of contact for my party of 11, who were all adult special needs, and had the most positive attitude that can be contagious. The negative, which I presume was a staffing issue, that may or may not be within the manager's control, there was no support staff helping Angie (Table Busters). My table was cluttered with glasses and dirty dishes for an unreasonable time. I was able to recognized that Angie was hustling and showing command-and-control on how she was managing her tables. I recognized not to bother her with my frivolous request to have a bust boy/girl to clear my table. Angie eventually took the initiative, brought the dirty dishes cart over, and began to bust my table. That is when I recognized that there were no staff designated to bust the tables. All the waiters had to bust their tables. Additionally, the walkway, between my booth and the high tables, the floors were dirty with discarded white pieces of paper that were the straw covers and few lives of food. All employees walked over it, kicked the items to the side, and no effort was made to clean the floors. That sight lasted for about 45 minutes before the staff did and all hands on deck to bust the big tables south of the bar and a waiter began to sweep the floor. Like I mentioned, I believed my table should have been busted earlier than it was and the floors should have been swept earlier. This is management issue on staffing. Waiters should not be busting tables, they should be attending to the guest. This issue that day was either within or not within the manager's control on having proper staffing, but it caused 4 vs a 5 star review. Just hope it improves. There a few employees who lacked "service with a smile," when I engaged with them, and most of them were the female bartenders. Not all of them, but enough for me to comment on them. Over all the employees look happier from my last visit. I will be back again.
