The price was fair and he seemed reliable, so I hired him to do the work in 3 or 4 days. Due to weather and scheduling other projects, he actually came out just 2 days later. It was fantastic to drive up to my house and see a brand-new gate. Larry and his assistant were finishing up with the post. They had to remove a patch of concrete, then pour new concrete. The new post is very sturdy. Both of them were polite and friendly. Larry said he prefers cash or cashier's checks for payment. Based on this job, I highly recommend Heartland.

I'd originally received an estimate from one company which seemed reasonable enough. Enter this company, recommended by my neighbors who had already received an estimate. We called again and received a new estimate from David, the salesman who came to the house. He did a great job of discussing our options and explaining the process. He was very informative and helpful, even giving us a discount for scheduling both of our fences to be erected together (which was nearly HALF the cost of the first company's estimate). We agreed to the terms and paid our deposit online. Hannah then communicated the timeline to us and set up the date for construction. On said date, Eric and his crew arrived timely. He was absolutely the best construction supervisor! He kept us fully informed and checked multiple times to ensure the fence was constructed as we had desired. I watched them working a few times and the team was clearly committed to quality. I've never seen a level used so much! Overall I am very happy with the fence and it looks great. We had the unfortunate experience of retaining NorthIndy for a railing project. Initially, I stopped by their store early afternoon to look at some of the product. No one was in, and I waited around the open store for probably 10-15 minutes when someone drove up. He said he was the owner. Very nice initial meeting then the wheels fell off. A lack of communication, many missed installment appts for a 2-man crew who showed up knowing this was second floor and didn't have a ladder. Fortunately, I the homeowner did have one that worked. The installers said they couldn't install part of the railing, so the GC had to install them. We were told there was a mix-up on the order and the wrong railing was ordered. I imagine communication with the GC and NorthIndy was part of the problem. The GC stepped up and installed part of the railing as the NorthIndy crew said they couldn't. Finally, I gave up and just wanted them done and gone. Both the GC and I had to call many, many times to get a call back and answer. I took off work waiting for them on at least 3 occasions only to have to call them and ask where are you? There are plenty of other sources for Westbury products and I'd look for anyone but NorthIndy. I expect a less than responsive reply, without taking any responsibility for their seriously lacking customer service.
