Went in for the first time today at 1pm and it was packed! So much for social distancing - hard to do in a small space. But the risk was worth it because I enjoyed my taro blended drink with boba and no pudding. I'll make sure to get it less than 50% sweet next time because it was a tad too sweet for me. Service here is garbage I go to sharetea all the time and always get two mojitos but in a larger cup because the small is just not enough for me. Honestly the best boba place in the area. I like that you can customize your drink's sweetness and ice level, which isn't offered at any other boba place. If this is your first time, I recommend trying a fruit tea drink and adding fruit jellies. Boba is an acquired taste. The red bean and matcha is my go to drink. read more

Tonight at 12-27-21, order # 36, approximately 8pm, a staff with curly dark hair had the worst customer service. She's rude, not very kind, she cut me off while I was almost giving her my order and went to placing stickers on the cups and made me wait for awhile standing on the cashier area and gave me a wrong drink twice. I ordered Hokkaido milk tea with no toppings, 80% sugar and no ice, she made me mango green milk tea instead. I politely told her I ordered hokkaido, she said "Ok, I will just remake it ( and she sighed like she don't really want to remake it)", finally the remade tea was handed and the other staff said Okinawa!, still wrong milk tea but this time I didn't want to argue and just left, I took a sip of the wrong Okinawa milk tea and it tasted not the same as the Okinawa I had before. My husband and I come here pretty often and this has been our new go to boba place in Vancouver. We usually get the classic pearl green milk tea w/ no ice and normal sweetness and the honey lemonade w/ aloe w/ less ice and normal sweetness. We have also tried the mango green tea which is also pretty good and has mango pieces in it. They honor the Yelp check in discount of 10% when you check in. You can also customize the ice level and sweetness of your drinks. Customer service is pretty good and the owners are always there and are very attentive and nice. Would definitely recommend this place over any other boba joint in Vancouver. read more

My experience at this Sharetea location isn't satisfying at all. I found out about sharetea in Beaverton, and it's been my #1 boba spot ever since! Vancouver is ruining those chances and it's because of this very location. I've never gotten an order correct and I leave upset due to the fact my drink isn't made correctly. As a boba addict, I can definitely tell you that Sharetea is the best boba place in Vancouver! My usual order is the Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea with regular ice and less (80%) sweetness. So so good! Many places don't add enough boba in for my liking, but Sharetea puts in the perfect amount! read more

Happy that Vancouver is opening up to more Boba places so I don't have to drive all the way to Portland. However, I wouldn't exactly choose Sharetea. Although the menu and customization is largely diverse unlike other places, it's pretty overpriced based on their sizes and toppings. Been to Sharetea a few times and I gotta say customer service changes depending on who's working there and what time of day it is. Sometimes it's good or just average but then other times the workers would appear upset/irritated and wait time is a bit lengthy even though there is a small amount of customers.
