Actually was looking bothered there was more customers. And she goes "We stopped serving food 10 minutes ago" Well if she wasn't messing around in the back maybe I could have got food. So rude! I find there customer service sucks and rude. I walk in and no greet. The lady at the front ignore me and kept telling me there is a kiosk for me to order. I told her I know but I have questions to ask her. She ignore me and just left me hanging. So I just walk out without ordering. Do not recommend. Ordered a Honey Pearl Milk Tea, plus Pudding. My order took like 20 minutes, and was missing the Boba! On the ordering kiosk, the honey pearl milk tea says in the description that it ALREADY comes with boba. When we asked where the boba went they told me that it's because "I added pudding". I didn't sub the boba for pudding, I added it for an additional charge. We were trying to tell the worker that the drink says "Honey Pearl" in the name, and they were telling us that we were in the wrong, that the name was the flavored syrup. We ordered a second honey pearl milk tea, and made sure to ADD boba because apparently it "doesn't come with boba". Received our drink again, only for it to come with DOUBLE the amount of boba. Please improve your customer service. If a drink on the kiosk description states "It comes with tapioca pearls", please add it into the drink. When I received the second drink, there were these weird powdery crystals at the bottom of my drink and it was super gross, almost as if the creamer or flavoring wasn't mixed in all the way. My daughter ordered the peach tea with green tea at 80% sweetness with less ice and added strawberry popping boba. So good!!!! Husband got the tiger boba drink at 50% sweetness and less ice. He doesn't normally drink boba tea and he really liked his. In addition we ordered the curry, pork adobo, and pork asado bao. So delicious!!! Ordered a tea with fruit and waited literally, and without exaggeration, 20 minutes for it to be served. There was only one customer ahead of me. The two employees were laughing and messing around with casual conversation behind the counter. When the drink was served the manager accused the new person and their training as being the reason the service was unacceptably slow. No substitutions. No customizations. Wanted a milk tea with almond or oat milk and Boba. Not possible.

Finally a good boba spot in STG! I'm usually not a fan of sharetea back home in CA but this place hits the spot. There's only a few boba spots here and they're not very good so I'm happy to see a familiar franchise. The drinks taste good (not overly sweet with a good tea base), the boba is soft and sweet, and the owners are super kind and accommodating. I've been here at least 3 times and the drinks and boba have been consistent!! read more

I love boba tea and stop at any place I can to get some. Saw this place and had to go in. Mistake. One of the workers was a trainee so I understand things taking a long time. This took 20 mins for 3 simple drinks. Mine was good. It was brown sugar milk. The others were Taro. Or so I thought. Never have I tasted anything so not taro tasting. This was straight up seaweed. I have loved Sharetea since living in Las Vegas. I love their honey oolong milk tea. Quality and service is always excellent!

I am writing this review after taking my girlfriend to Sharetea on multiple occasions. I am incredibly disappointed in their customer service, and I can tell others around us were also dissatisfied. Each time we enter, we are rushed to order. Once we are ready to order, nobody will take it, and we are instead pushed to the ordering kiosk, which does not aptly inform customers of the items they are ordering. Upon asking a clarifying question, we were scoffed at and snubbed. Sadly, this happened to other customers as well. Some customers were even yelled at because they did not understand the kiosk, specifically when it came to the toppings and what the drink already did or did not include. When we, and other customers, received our orders, the orders were incorrect. When asked about the incorrect orders, the employees grew defensive, going as far as calling customers stupid. After multiple corrections, we ended up leaving despite them having not gotten the orders correct. Due to this, we have sworn off returning and would rather go to the Starbucks or the better boba tea shop across the street. read more
