I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere is welcoming and felt very clean and tidy. The two girls at the counter were very friendly and helpful with helping me understand their menu items (as there are so many) and how I can customize some drinks. I greatly appreciate how my Thai tea I ordered is handmade and you can choose your sweetness level and ice amount. I ordered mine half sweet and half ice. No extra charge or empty space to compensate for the ice loss either!
