The two girls at the counter were very friendly and helpful with helping me understand their menu items (as there are so many) and how I can customize some drinks. I greatly appreciate how my Thai tea I ordered is handmade and you can choose your sweetness level and ice amount. I ordered mine half sweet and half ice. No extra charge or empty space to compensate for the ice loss either! I think it's safe to say I'll bring my daughter back for a visit and I'll probably try another item from their vast menu, even though the Thai tea was delicious!

Please improve your customer service. If a drink on the kiosk description states "It comes with tapioca pearls", please add it into the drink.
