Normally is a good boba place to stop but today was horrible. The Hokkaido pearl that we ordered tasted watered down and seemed very much like artificial tea water. The worst was my matcha red bean ice blended drink. The ice was bit blended at all. Could barely drink it since giant ice chunks were in every sip. My favorite boba spot in the area, I order here at least once a week. Can't go wrong with the original milk tea. My go to is the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea but we've pretty much tried most of the menu. Drinks are mostly consistent, during busy peak hours it could be a miss or they may run out of boba. It's understandable. The few times there was an issue, it was promptly addressed and corrected by management. I also like that they have online ordering and loyalty points through Clover. I have been here multiple times as it's in a very convenient location - the only boba place in the mountain grove / citrus plaza complex (which would have been even more convenient pre-covid). Not sure about other locations but the boba was average, definitely not the way I like it. The milk teas taste just ok. What saves them though besides location is their fruity teas are good, especially when combined with something besides boba like aiyu jelly. Coming from SGV, I was in dire need of a decent boba place in Redlands. I first had Sharetea in Nor*Cal and it was enough to satisfy a craving, but not even close to spots in the SGV. The drinks are pretty good, but not enough selection compared to other places. You can adjust sweetness level, ice amount, hotness, and also tea type for some drinks. From when they first opened a few months ago, prices have already increased about 50 cents. They do have online ordering, which is nice, but you have to be ready to pick-up maybe 5 minutes or so after you place the order since they make it as soon as the order goes through and it will just sit and wait for you. One main issue I always experience when ordering online is that staff tends to ignore you for pick-up. You can wait by the counter and staff will be making drinks, handing out drinks, and obviously see you standing there but won't greet you or ask if you need something. I've had a worker who wasn't making drinks or taking orders stand there, ignore me when I said "excuse me", and then walk away. Another staff person who just finished a drink finally made eye contact and helped when I asked for my order. Suggestion to management: Current process for picking up online orders is inefficient. The whole point is to decrease time spent in the store and have more space for customers who are walking in or sitting down. Have a designated spot for online order pick-ups and train staff to greet customers properly when approached. read more

Share tee sounded like a great idea at first. We got there and it seemed pleasent.. once we ordered I was very excited for my bevarage but was in the restroom because I had a very busy day at work and did not get a chance to relieve my self. Then AMANDA bagan calling my name for my drink but I did not hear at first. Soon she began shouting louder and louder until she was screaming nearly at the top of her lungs my name. Super long wait. I'm actually still waiting for my boba currently. I don't know what's taking so long but they are so backed up that we've been waiting here for 15 minutes. KEEP IN KIND we are still currently waiting. I'm pretty disappointed in the service because they have about 3 people making the teas and 1 at the register. I'm not sure if they're new but I won't be coming back here. Update: I went up to one of the baristas to ask her what is taking so long. And she simply just apologized and kind of disregarded me. I don't post many reviews, but I feel like the recently inferior quality at Share Tea merits a cautionary post for those searching for a boba spot. This is NOT where you'd want to spend your money. This used to be our go-to place for boba. Never again. We ordered our usual order... wintermelon, strawberry ice blended with ice cream, golden retriever, all with boba. Wow, what a huge disappointment. Everything was amiss... the flavor, the appearance, the texture of the boba. It was so awful. Out of 4 in our party, only 1 person actually drank more than a couple sips, and that was because she refused to waste her $6 drink down the garbage disposal. Go to this sharetea because it's close to my parents house. They have a decent drink selection and I like that you can control sweetness and ice amount. I usually order the QQ Happy Family which comes with multiple types of toppings and substitute the red beans for more mini boba. They have really good fruit teas as well and from what I can tell don't use traditional syrups (like pre-bottled), it looks like they make their own (I could be wrong). With how slow this place is at getting drinks out you may as well replace the employees with machine. It's definitely be more efficient. Finally an uprising boba place in redlands!! They have a great variety in their menu, and have the preferences of adjusting the sweetness and amount of ice you would like in your drink. I first came to their soft and grand opening, and got was the expected- a long wait time but hard working employees. I hughly recommend the hokkaido milk tea or either thr taro ice blended or strawberry ice blended. Have to say, i'm pretty disappointed in this particular Sharetea. I don't get how a boba shop runs out of boba so I had to settle with mini pearls. I got an ice blended drink and there were huge chunks of ice in it, couldn't even fit through the big straw. My friend got a coco creama and tasted like just watered down hot chocolate and wasn't as sweet as it should've been even with 100% sweetness. I usually go to the one in the Victoria Gardens mall so I will say my standards for sharetea are high, but this store was a huge let down :( read more
