While my drink was good, the wintermelon flavor was not as strong like the one at Brew Tea Bar. However, their boba was cooked correctly as there was no hard center and it was sweet. My husband got the Pineapple Tea with Aijyu Jelly at 50% sweetness with regular ice; I personally found his drink a bit sour and too sweet, but he really liked it. I also like how this is the only boba shop in town that I know of where you can order half and half on toppings and they only charge you for the price of 1 topping and not 2!! Prices are affordable about $3-$5 for a drink and topping. The one thing that I love about this place is that they have mini boba unlike other tea shops. My boyfriend only likes mini boba so it's a plus! I had tried their strawberry lychee blended drink with ice cream. The ice cream I believe usually comes on the bottom but I asked for It blended. It was good, but maybe a bit more strawberry syrup would make It better. The drink that I fell in love with though.... WINTERMELON FRESH MILK TEA. Oh my gosh.... There are many parking spots around, but can get quite busy during rush hours since this is a big plaza with many popular restaurants. We ordered the strawberry milk drink, tiger milk boba, and two other regular milk tea with boba. The tastes of them were great and similar to what I used to have in the Fountain Valley location in SoCal. They were creamy, sweet just enough, and the boba were chewy, not overcooked. Originally, I was gonna drop a 2-star review, because the customer service was quite bad on the night I got here. But when looking at how many customers they had versus how many staff were there, I understood they have had a long rough day already. They told me that the drinks would be done around 10 minutes because of the long line, but it actually took around 25 minutes before it was slammed to the pick-up window and shoved onto the table. Hopefully, management would be able to see this and work harder on their staffing situation! read more

I've popped into Sharetea at Shanghai Plaza a few times when in the area for other businesses and it's okay - service is fairly quick, drinks are correct, it is adequate. The oolong tea, no sugar, is a good order for me. They seem to specialize in or push their sweeter options with add-ons, like the trendy Okinawa brown sugar tea. I've tried some other promo drinks that just tasted like straight sugar and/or nothing like what it was supposed to. Adding boba to drinks has also been hit or miss, as in it's rock-hard if they're not busy. Perhaps they should make smaller batches. On the plus side, this location is typically clean and staff are quick to prepare orders. There is also free wifi and a cute photo station at the entrance. read more

My partner and I are from San Francisco and the Las Vegas Chinatown Share Tea location makes the San Francisco Sharetea look bad LOL. My partner and I always went here for most of our trip to get a yummy refresher for the hot heat. The staff here are so nice and chill. They prepared and made the drinks under good sanitary measures with wearing masks. I could not recall if gloves were being used or not... I went for my usual Roasted Oolong Milk Tea which was perfectly sweet. not overwhelmingly sweet. Second time around I got a Match Fresh Milk tea and that was yummy. You can tell they used matcha powder rather than an overwhelming strong taste of artificial sweeteners/syrups. My partner is more for the fruit teas and he has enjoyed each experience of ordering his fruit teas. First time: Virgin Lime Mojito 10/10 (but was so sad at how small they served the drink as it is only served in a half size cup.... not sure if you can upgrade?) Good thing the service is quick and friendly, they have their system down. I LOVE how you can pick your options for Ice and Sweetness level. I went with regular ice and half sweet for my QQ Happy Family Milk Tea and Sharetea nailed it. I might check out slightly sweet (30%) on my next drink here just to see how it goes. The Boba and the Jelly definitely enhances this milk tea drink for me. The ingredients are fresh and the sealed top never wavered for me. I'm so glad that we're getting more well-known chains opening up here in Las Vegas. The new Shanghai plaza is currently the mecca for LA/Asia-based food and drink places to open up and I'm glad Sharetea was one of them. Back when I used to live in LA, Sharetea was close by school and was one of my staple boba shops. Although it was mediocre in the sea of boba places, I still enjoyed it. Now that they're here, I get a nice taste of home. The drinks can be pretty sweet sometimes so I usually don't go past 75% sugar. However, I love the variety that they have and the customizations that you can make on all of their drinks. One of my favorites is the winter melon milk tea. I go so far as to say that this place challenges Brew Tea as my favorite place to get winter melon milk tea! They're also always so kind and courteous at the register. Sharetea is another well known boba place in the Chinatown area, located in the Shanghai plaza. Even with the other dessert places in the plaza, Sharetea is where I go after eating when I need my tea fix. It's a small store and there's not much seating aside from a waiting area and a few standing tables which are closed off anyways at the moment. There's just enough room inside for a line to form and the workers work well to move it quickly. The drinks on the menu are familiar with menus at most places, with the exception of seasonal or specialty featured drinks. I just go a standard wintermelon tea when I'm not looking for anything specific. I've had great experiences at this location mainly because of the workers. One turned off blender behind her for a moment so she could hear me clearly instead of just talking louder, which I appreciated a lot because I know that the masks alone already make it difficult for food service workers to communicate with guests. She was really patient with me and wasn't annoyed when I had to keep repeating myself. Whenever I come they always ask if I have a phone number set up too, so I can earn points. read more

We were here yesterday for the first time and their milk teas are probably one of the worst bobas I've ever had. My friend ordered a taro milk tea with boba. And I ordered a classic Thai tea with boba. We both didn't like it . I ended up throwing mine away cause it just tasted gross. Just because it's located here doesn't mean it's good boba. I've been to several places around here and none of them are good. But this one was probably the worst one because i wasn't able to finish it. Definitely not coming back. * their service was good. (DRINK) Sharetea has the BEST GREEN MILK TEA. It wasn't too sweet, in fact, it was very subtle in sugar. The creamer is light so you get a heavier taste of tea which is what I like. The boba is soft and chewy. I am VERY aware that as a chain Sharetea is okay but that specific green milk tea I got was damn amazing. (SERVICE) The staff was bored and kept repeating "Hi Welcome" several times. It was so cringe inducing I wanted to impale myself with a spoon and end it right then and there. Other than that, boba came out quick. (PLACE) It's in the nice looking Shanghai Plaza. Parking is horrible. Store was decent looking enough. Came here with my girlfriend on a Sunday evening and they were pretty busy. Girl who took my order said the drinks would come in 15 minutes. They actually came in 9 minutes so that's pretty cool. I can only give this place 4 stars because of their pricing model. Adding boba to drinks is $0.75 and most boba places seem to be $0.50. I will add that they do seem to do a bit generous boba scoops. Additionally, I am lactose intolerant, so I always opt for dairy free options. In the drinks that use milk they can substitute almond milk ($0.50), soy milk ($0.50), and oat milk ($0.75). I felt it was kinda steep. It's not about the price; it's about the principle. I know every boba place operates differently, but I know a lot of boba places in town that don't charge extra for a non-fairy substitute. read more

It's the closest I've had to Tea Top in Cupertino, CA which is the best. They are similar in that they use tea from Taiwan (not China) and they use real juice so there's actual yummy grapefruit bits in there. Yum!! Service: friendly and helpful. They welcomed us in the store, helped us decide on what to order and signed us up for the rewards program. Ambiance: small, clean shop with limited seating. The music was a touch too loud as I had to talk very loudly to place my order. Location: in the new Shanghai Plaza on Spring Mountain right when you enter, next to Kura Revolving Sushi. The taro ice blended tasted like artificial taro and powdery. As for the boba, it was hard and rubbery, so it might have been old boba. The workers didn't seem welcoming or happy. Overall, I don't recommend this boba spot for boba lovers as the drinks lacked in flavor and the boba was less than mediocre. I literally never do reviews and I've had this account for 6 years. What happened was so gross that I had to... I ordered the taro iced blended with pudding. You would think that it being one of the popular drinks they would make sure its made correctly. Unfortunately, when I tasted the pudding it had gone bad! It left a sour taste in my mouth and when I told my wife, she tasted it and said the same thing. I had to throw it away. We decided to give them another try, and I got the same thing and my wife got a fruity drink. While we were waiting, we witnessed one of the workers grab her mask, pulls it down then sneeze multiple times. RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR DRINKS. Not only that, she didn't wash her hand and proceeded to stick her middle finger in my wife's drink. Now, my wife and I are introverted people so we dont usually want to cause anybody trouble. But that was so gross and so unsanitary that neither of us could enjoy our drinks. We will never come back. I do hope they improve overtime. read more
