This is typically a place i would go to get my drink. However, i am very disappointed with the service and quality this time. I don't think they deserve a star at all. I went in to the store on 11/27/21 Saturday afternoon and ordered 3 drinks. Waited for about 20 mins for my number to be called but my number was skipped for some reason. The three groups after me got their orders. I went to ask for my order status and found out that they have forgotten my orders. They didn't have an explanation. When i got home and was about to drink my favorite Hawaiian tea. I discovered there is a fruit fly on the bottom of my drink. I was quite gross out. Very disappointed with crew at 2:20 on monday the 6th. I called at least 5 times after placing my order online trying to remove the crystal boba since I was unable to do so through the online service. I go to get my drink and call again to see if the phone even works. The two boys are completely unbothered by the ringing phone. I accidentally delete the picture from my mobile phone, I order a milk tea less ice $5 more, they gave me the milk tea filled with half volume of ice， when I drunk up there was more than 50% ice in the cup. It means $5 more purchase half full of ice. That was my 3rd time, and when I came here the first time, the tea was only filled 70%. It seems like they want to save raw material. I usually go to Sheron tea in Chino which is really great place, not same as this one. read more

Sharetea, by far one of my favorite milk tea cafes out of all the major players. Although the drinks are great, service is just too slow at this specific location. They need to lower their margins by hiring more staff or come up with a better system to produce drinks while maintaining quality. I'll most likely go back again because it's the only Sharetea in the area but it's really discouraging. read more

Today I came in, waited behind two other people, the lady ordering seemed like a pain to be honest. She wanted like 6 drinks and all different. I was there for 10 minutes waiting and hearing the worker talk back and fourth with the lady discussing possible options. It wasn't until he repeated the order back to her that I just decided to leave since, past times I've been here regardless how many employees they have on deck, they never seem to take less than 20 minutes on one drink... Besides there was one other person waiting ahead of me and several groups waiting outside. Their customer service has gone down since they first opened... My cousins came to visit me so I wanted to treat them to some yummy refreshing drinks for the hot weather! I placed an order online and love that they had pictures of the drinks! It was a hot day last Sunday so we ordered a few ice blends and milk teas. The staff were sweet enough to leave the smoothies in their freezer box (ones with boba were left out bc they said it may affect the boba texture if placed in freezer) so it wouldn't melt. Great service! We ordered a few more drinks when we got there bc they had a 10% disc on their special peachy drink and they got our drinks out to us in no time! My second time here and both times felt the wait wasn't worth it. The first time, I had waited a literal 35 minutes.. but gave them the benefit of the doubt bc they were new and I had ordered about 5 drinks. However I went back yesterday thinking they'd be a lot more efficient and was disappointed to have waited 30 minutes for just 2 drinks(not exaggerated, my order was placed around 8:25pm and we got our drinks minutes before they closed around 8:56pm) .. I'm usually not a difficult customer when it comes to waiting, especially with new staff, but I know that 30+ minutes for a drink is universally a bit of a drag... obviously if this were like tiger sugar or some other super rare fad, a wait is expected. But sharetea boba isn't anything extremely special and thus not worth the half an hour wait. read more

Stopped by for their soft opening and got a Thai pearl and honey green pearl milk tea. Both drinks were delicious. The boba was soft and chewy and a hint of brown sugar. You can adjust your ice and sweetness level too. Must come here if you're craving boba! read more

50/50 shot they absolutely bungle your order. I've aslways thought it was impossible to ruin a cup full of juice but sometimes they manage. Zero consistency.
