Their drinks are good but their boba is more on the tough side. Like, takes a few more bites than usual to chew up and it's kind of weird. I'd go back but probably not for a drink with boba in it since I prefer softer pearls. read more

I was very disappointed with the wait time today. I normally don't complain or write bad reviews when the business produces a great product but having only 3 people working when there is a 25+ order back up is insane. The workers were busting out orders too but it was so backed up I don't blame them for being so behind when the orders keep stacking up. Also, I ordered online and got a confirmation text saying my order was ready to pick up and when I walked in there my order was not complete and the staff informed me it was still about 10 orders back. There was one person in front of me but waited 15 minutes for my two drinks. I would understand if the store was busy but the last two times I came, the store wasn't busy but took a long time. I am so excited that a Sharetea opened in our area!! Hands down-- The best bang for your buck!! Drinks are one size but it is a generously sized cup!!! I have two toddlers and they wanted the ice blend. The person helping me in the front was so sweet, she offered to split the drink into two small cups to accommodate my kids! The best service ever!! This place makes some good drinks- I like to consider myself a boba enthusiast. I visit often and try to try something new every time I come. Unfortunately, I've come 10 times since they opened (I know bc of my stamp card) and every single time I've come I wait 30 plus minutes for my 1 drink. They're slow and wish they didn't take so long in giving me my boba drink. So now I need to learn to plan ahead with extra extra time. I'm actually waiting in my car now for my classic milk tea. I wouldn't recommend this place. I've had multiple negative experiences however this was definitely the one that pushed me over the edge & I will no longer be purchasing boba from this location. I put in an online order because I know that this place is normally packed at 5:25pm my order was promised at 5:35pm however I wanted to give them a little bit of extra time so I didn't show up until 5:40ish. However my order was still not ready. It was about to hit the hour mark so I went inside to ask for my order & explained that it had been AN HOUR since I put in my order. I was nice about it. Ordered a classic boba milk tea extra sweet. Was told the wait would be about 10-15 minutes, which is already a long wait for a single drink (a normal boba milk tea at that). I saw that there was already a short line, so I decided to wait. I return in 12 minutes, and the worker tells me that I have to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes. Keep in mind I've already waited 20+ minutes for a SINGLE drink. I've worked boba for years in the past and seeing all five employees struggling to keep up, I do understand the wait. However as I was watching the employees make the drinks, I saw sloppy spoonfuls of creamer and different levels of syrups used for each drink. All in all nice workers but horribly trained. read more

I was excited that our go to Boba place was opening a location in the area. Drinks were the usual Sharetea goodness, but 2 stars is for the customer service as it took awhile to wait for a drink. What made the experience worse was that after waiting a long time, people who came 5 min later, had their drinks expedited before others. Confusing because many other people were waiting a long time for their drinks. And for some reason the cashier made a decision(maybe because she was a new employee felt the pressure) to move these people's drinks ahead of the Boba line. Unbelievable. I can understand the 10 employees in the back were working hard and learning the menu. But front needs to work on prioritization. On another note, not having online nor phone orders at the time was a minus. Was going give them the benefit of the doubt but I'd rather to go to the Chino Hills location until things settle. 10x better experience! read more

Just went here a few days ago to try their drinks since I just found out about this place and I believe they just opened a few months ago. I like their menu, they have a variety of drinks to choose from, I actually like the fact that you could choose the level of sweetness in their drinks, most of the drinks I ordered were good (I ordered six of them), but one of the drinks I ordered, It was the QQ happy family milk tea, it comes with different toppings but I asked the lady to substitute red beans for one of the toppings I didn't like and she said ok but when I got my order and tried it at home it did not not have it, I also ordered the handmade Taro, it was good although I did not taste much of the taro in it, I mostly tasted the milk and the pudding that I had them include in it, I hope next time they would put MORE TARO in it, those were the reasons I gave them 3 stars for now because there is always room for improvement and I actually think I would be back but hopefully my orders will taste much better!! read more
