Iced karak chai with pumpkin cold foam & mango mint lemonade
Angel W.

So glad Corona got a Karak House! I've been to other locations and love this coffee shop so I was excited to hear about this new location. I visited early during the soft opening and as expected things were getting a little backed up fairly quickly but the employees were friendly and apologetic for any delays. We didn't mind the wait since it was the soft opening and it was great to see so many people stopping by to support this new business! The café inside is very cute and clean so it looks like it should be a cute place to study or hang out; they did a great job with that. As far as the drinks, I wish I could say they tasted as good as the other locations I've been to but they just weren't quite right. The karak chai tasted like water with a hint of spices and the pumpkin flavor did not come through at all. Very disappointing as I was excited but I hope they get review their feedback to improve in the next few weeks :) The mango mint lemonade was okay, just nothing to write home about. Hopefully they can perfect their drinks soon because this is a great addition to the community!

gulab jamun milkcake

Absolutely loved my visit to this location. Beautiful interior and excellent customer service. Absolutely loved the gulab jamun milk cake and cucumber limeade. The dessert was sweet and reminded me of a nutty and lightly floral tres leches cake. The cucumber limeade was bubbly and refreshing. Would definitely come back the next time I'm in the area!

Loved the rose latte. The coffee was hot and fresh. Was able to stay here and work for a bit while enjoying their coffee. They have a vast variety of cheesecakes and desserts that all are delicious!! A must stop if you need some solo time or with friends. They have plenty of seating inside and out and free WiFi. The customer service was perfect as they were all so helpful in advising me the difference on coffee and teas

Iced KARAK doesn't contain espresso fyi

5 stars This is such a cute coffee shop, and the customer service truly made my experience so much better! Initially, I wasn't a fan of the Iced Karak with Pumpkin Cold Foam because it didn't have the strong coffee flavor I was expecting. However, I decided to ask the staff about the caffeine content, and the gentleman was kind enough to explain the drinks and recommend something better suited to my taste. He generously made me a Spanish latte to try, which I really appreciated 10/10! He also let me try the Karak warm, and I completely agree that it tastes much better warm than iced. I loved that he took the time to help me find something I would enjoy rather than letting me leave disappointed. My biggest takeaway is to ask questions before ordering so the staff can help you find a drink that matches your preferences. Great customer service makes all the difference, and I appreciate the kindness and effort he put into turning my experience around. I'll definitely be back to try more drinks!

Lavender mint lemonade with no lemonade or lemon or mint taste
Desi Karen M.

I'm sorry this place is a complete rip off. $9.50 for a slice of tiramisu!! What the F! Latte's taste was off. $75 wasted. One drink called lavender mint lemonade had no lemonade and tastes like lavender water. My danedar tea bag can make better chai. Can't wait for QAMARIA to open up down the street, they have better prices and taste. In the land of competitive latte drinks (Mojo, Choco, Canvas, three ring, crave) this place is just a desi hangout spot.

Went on Sunday during the soft opening for 50% off at 10am right when they opened and there were like 3 people ahead of me and many people waiting at tables for their drinks. They did not have a menu posted anywhere or at the front door for people to look at while they waited in line so it took forever for people to look at the menu and figure out what they wanted at the register. I ordered 2 drinks and played it safe with an iced spanish latte and an iced honey latte. They gave me a buzzer that never went off and they proceeded to yell the order that was wrong but no one else got up so I assumed it was mine. They had accidently made 1 drink hot so they quickly had to remake it. Walked in at 10a, didn't get my coffee until 10:40a. The spanish latte wasn't as bad but the honey latte was not good at all, tasted like a watered down drink with no coffee flavor or honey flavor. Their drinks could use a little more ice as well. I appreciate that there was more drink than ice but it melted quickly then it tasted even more watered down. The cafe itself is really nice, clean and spacious!! But only 2 people making coffee, 1 person taking orders, and the line kept getting longer and longer, with many people leaving as they realized the line was way too long and too many people waiting for their drink. Had high hopes for this but maybe they will get it together soon, until then, I will be going elsewhere for my coffee.

Pistachio Latte

Paid almost $10 for this tiny drink that tasted watered down. I did not taste the pistachio at all. The cafe itself is really nice inside and the workers were also great, however I wouldn't come back for the coffee :(

So happy to have a Karak in Corona. I did have a wait for my drink on the first day they opened because it was sooo busy but I understand it is a new business and they are human too. I went again and did not have an issue. I got the Date Cardamom Latte and it is easily my new fav drink. It is so nice inside and the perfect place to get work done on my computer. I will definitely be a regular here.

Ridiculous size for calling this a LARGE.

First and last time here. The coffee was okay but the value is ridiculous. They call a 12oz iced coffee a "LARGE". To make matters worse, it's $8 for most iced coffees. I guess you can call it whatever you want if there's only one size. I ordered three iced coffee and one slice of cake for a grand total of $38. That's insane and the flavors didn't make up for the ridiculous prices.

Best refreshers I've ever had workers where super friendly as well. They where seriously soo good

Strawberry latte and Cardamom latte. Chocolate croissants and Almond Croissant.

They have really good service and they're wonderful at explaining and recommending drinks. I was having a hard time deciding between two drinks. The girl at the register ask about my likes and dislikes in coffee and took it into account. I told her like strong coffee verse sweet coffee. Sue told me she could put less syrup. When I got the coffee I loved how strong it was not overly sweet. My friend got the matcha she said she loved the flavor and the color of the matcha it was a dark green and not light. The parties were also fantastic. This for sure will be our new study spot especially with them being open Friday,Saturday, and Sunday till 12 am.

Only writing this because I was genuinely surprised by the experience…read more I was in Norco for my son's Junior Olympics event and stopped by this location this evening. I had no idea it closed at 7:00 p.m. & I honestly remember going to Jamba after football games when I was in high school, so the early closing time caught me off guard. I walked in a few minutes before closing and saw two employees behind the counter with the lights already dimmed and their bags and purses packed up. I asked if they were still taking orders, and after an awkward pause and glance between each other, I was told they could take an order but couldn't make a bowl. I thanked them and left. As I was loading my toddler back into the car, I watched two more customers walk up and have a similar experience.... Pretty sure this store just missed out on two huge sales. I was buying 4 smoothies and they are about $7-$8 each these days. I completely understand not starting complicated orders right at closing, and I don't expect employees to stay late. My feedback is more about the customer experience. The atmosphere felt as though the store had already closed before the posted closing time. When I worked customer service in high school and college, we were expected to remain welcoming and available to customers until the actual closing hour. Not a huge issue, just something I thought was worth sharing from a customer perspective.

THE MANAGEMENT SUCKS!…read more What I'm about to say, all took place about 8 months ago, but I HAD TO POST SOMETHING ON THIS PLACE because I doubt it got any better. Also a recent experience brought back the memory's of this place, and I thought I had repressed those memory's, but they came flooding back and writing about it is very therapeutic, but I'll never be the same.... when it comes to buying juice. Out in cow poke, 951/909, lifted truck driving, bro country sits a corner strip mall (6th & Hamner - across from Mavericks). This strip mall has a Starbucks and already has two failed businesses under it's belt in the short amount of time it's been here. One failed sub sandwich place and an Italian pasta joint that didn't deserve to stay open (crappy food and over priced). This Booster Juice location should be added to that list. They have the worst management and employee's I've ever seen any business to have!!! In fact, I had to seek out this businesses info on yellow book, just to post it on Yelp. That says a little about how much I despise this business, but not necessarily Booster Juice - it's alright. This is why this place just SUCKS: I used to work down the street from here, and on my way into work, I'd want to pick-up some juice, but due to their irresponsible employee's, they would never be open consistently on time. Whats even worse is once you go into the business because thats how they truly demonstrate their "SUPERSUCKYNESS". Every time I have ordered my order it would never taste the same although there is an exception for one employee which was the only guy who worked there - in fact, he rode a MX bike to work, so if I didn't see it parked in front, I wouldn't stop by. Ok back to talking about the majority of the incompetence! I don't remember all the girls names, but I think one of them was named Crystal (in the I.E. that's short for Crystal Meth), and another girl that looked like she never wanted to be at work. In fact, I heard from somebody at the place that she would actually sleep at work, and I wouldn't put it past here to do that. Laziness isn't the only thing this place lacks, it also lacks common courtesies such as "thank you", "hello", "your welcome", they're NON -existent unless you're the one saying it (I'd only expect this in a Chinese restaurant). I suppose this is too much to ask for in a service related business, or it's just the type of work force you find locally in Norco. They're better off hiring some horses. How about the management you say?? One time I stopped in and they happened to have what appears to be the manager or owner inside doing some sort of paperwork, so I thought nothing of it until she distracted both of the girls with paperwork. Since these two weren't mult-taskers, no one made my order! I stood there waiting till I finally said "is anybody going to make my order??". They answered back, you ordered something?? "Yea I did", what the hell?!?! What makes this even worse, the manager didn't even bother to ask "has this guy been taken care of??" or even apologize for them being morons. Instead, she was more concerned about her paper work , and ignored me and continued to distract the girls by going over the paperwork. Eventually they discussed who was going to make my order, and the loosing girl finally made it. I only have one other good note: Luckily, a girl that I had never seen before at the place told me that she would hook me up with a free drink next time she was working because she felt so bad that I had to wait, but I never went back again after frequenting this business almost daily for a month or two.
