Glad there's a ShareTea in this area, but why is there only one person making drinks and a line out the door? Feel bad for the worker, just one. The service was horrible. We were given paper cups. We asked for the original plastic cups that the tea normally comes in. The one that is advertising and displayed all over the store a website. Paper cups get soggy not sure why this was changed. We asked for a refund and Briana got really upset and said we have to come back and talk to a manager because she didn't know how to get a refund. We tried to compromise with her by having her put the drinks in 2 small plastic cups that she had readily available. She got an attitude and started slamming things around and spilling our drinks when she was transferring the tea. She then filled it up with ice to make up for the tremendous about she spilled. We still remember calm and nice to this lady. We told her thank you twice she rolled her eyes and did not respond. I asked her what her name was and she gave us the name Briana. She seemed very racist in her demeanor when we were nothing but nice to her. She needs to be retrained on customer service, cultural bias and anger management techniques. I have been here many times and never had a problem. This was one of the most horrible experiences I've had getting a cup of tea. This location is busy. Expect to wait in line around 15 min. The boba is good, not the best but better than the other places around. Their sugar percentage isn't really accurate, I get the same drink and the same percentage every time I go here but the sweetness level is different. I'm not sure why this is. I'm guessing the syrup with the boba effects it, since they just scoop it into the cup? This is my guess since I would assume they have measurements for the added syrup. TLDR For this area, the drink and boba is decent. I hate complaining about price but gosh, it's definitely a premium if you're too lazy to make your own boba like me. read more

Ever since they added the kiosk to self order, service has gone down. My wife was the 2nd person in line, lady at the counter told her to use the kiosk. She proceeds to the kiosk, a line starts to form behind her, the lady behind the counter starts to take everyone else's order, my wife places her order ahead of everyones order, but somehow her order ends up behind everyone else that was helped behind the counter. I love Sharetea and have been to their other locations in Costa Mesa, Irvine, and Chino Hills. I live in Eastvale, so was ecstatic when this Jurupa Valley location opened up closer to me because i no longer had to make the far drive for my boba anymore. Despite the long anticipation, i visited the Jurupa location twice in December since its grand opening and havent had the greatest impression each time so far. Who knows, maybe they are still working out the kinks. Things this location can improve on: 1. They take a long time to make drinks and need to work on being faster. Takes 15 minutes to make just 2 drinks when i usually get my drinks within 5-10 minutes. 2. Stamp cards. Other locations give you one stamp per drink, but this place apparently has a limit and argued that we could only get 2 stamps for the 5 drinks we bought. Hmm. 3. No one answers the phone and it just goes straight to vm. Their online ordering system is nifty with the ability to order remotely ahead during the Covid pandemic, but sometimes i want to call in my order because the online system doesn't allow for topping substitutions...or the online system is temporarily down. 4. When we ordered the same drinks here that we would at other Shareteas the drinks here havent been comparable. The ice cream scoop on the strawberry ice blended is way smaller and the QQ happy family has a slight coffee taste to it. Why? Hopefully things will get better in the next month or so. Otherwise, we might have to back to driving farther to go to the Sharetea Chino Hills location. read more

I do think there's still room for improvement on the speed of service, and the parking in this tight plaza continues to be a nightmare. But, this place is growing on me. Well to start they got my order wrong about five times until i just said forget it. Then i watched everyone pick up their drinks to go no questions asked by staff, but when I a black woman went to get my order they insisted i show my receipt despite them not asking the three ppl that were ahead of me. Will not be returning and will be giving my business to my place in chino hills, 7 leaves. I am aware of protocols of showing proof of purchase, that is not the issue. The issue is when i am singled out to provide proof of purchase when the three individuals in front of me did not have to do so. It infuriates me even more when there was also no one behind me in the line. A simple "i apologize for my staffs wrong doing" would suffice and an " I assure this will not happen again". The only thing I would like changed is I would love to taste more of the green tea than the mango purée. Although I would say that the mango flavor is very nice (doesn't taste artificial). My husband got the winter melon green milk tea before and he loves it! He just always makes sure to ask for 30% or 50% sweetness because the regular is very very sweet.
