She finished my chin and lip electrolysis in 15 minutes so we moved to my underarms to use up the rest of the time. I was very happy with my first visit. Unfortunately my second I left much less happy. I developed a deep painful pimple on my lip line a couple days after electrolysis. We discussed it at my second appointment. She started on my chin and moved to my upper lip. I only have baby hairs on my lip line. But she focused on getting those first instead of the black hairs. I physically obviously reacted in pain every time she did a lip line hair. I ended up ending the appointment early before she finished my lip. It was a 15 minute appointment. She focused so hard on invisible baby hairs leaving many black hairs behind. It felt like she was intentionally targeting hairs you can't see to drag out my appointment. There was noticeably less hair my second appointment which was 4 weeks after my first so I don't understand how she spend the same amount of time on my face yet treated less hair. She also coughed 3 times during the electrolysis process and covered her mouth but didn't change her gloves after coughing. And pay attention when you pay because the payment system is set for an automatic 20% gratuity

I can't believe she was able to get those blackheads out of my nose! She did that with microdermabrasion--it was my first time trying that. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone that struggles with that. I'm also doing some laser hair removal on my legs. I'm going in for my second session this weekend. After the first one, I noticed a HUGE difference. I have really dark, coarse hair and light skin--so it's always REALLY evident when I haven't shaved for even a DAY. Not so much anymore! It's really exciting. I was told by the tech Carmen that the more coarse your hair is, the faster it works. Looks like that's the case! I'm thinking about also doing my underarms....which I had previously worked a few sessions on years ago elsewhere. I never finished the treatment then. The tox injections I paid nearly $1000 for were useless. Very, very minimal results and the results…read moreI did get were uneven. I got full face and neck injections two months ago. They offer to touch up areas that you're not happy with within a certain period of time. I notified them well within that timeframe. I waited the 21 days that I was advised to wait for results. When the results did not come I began calling them to get in for my touchup, or to find out why I was getting no results. I called them 4 times post treatment to try to get a resolution. However, the front desk told me on two separate phone calls, that they felt I just needed to give it more time and that my injector was not available, but they would have someone call me back. No one ever called me back. The third phone call I made I was a little more assertive, I got put on hold and then disconnected. By this time, my touchup window had about ended. The last time I called, I asked to speak to someone regarding the matter, again, the front desk began to give me the runaround. At that time, I canceled my membership with them, and advised that I would be notifying the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau, and I would post reviews on any review site I could find. The girl at the front desk laughed and advised me that she would cancel my membership, and then hung up on me. DO NOT waste your money. I have since gone to a different provider, just two months after spending almost $1000 on injections, and got amazing results. Now I understand why they have operated under more than one business name.
