Well, I'm so happy for you because you finally found him! Ian is fantastic at keeping my training sessions upbeat, positive and relaxed. He helps me focus more of the crappier energy I have towards gyms on my workout/learning process in a more positive and engaged manner. He shows you what to do, you follow, now you know! We overcomplicate too much on our own and my time with Ian is helping me develop my "gym identity". I can already tell leg days are a hit.. Keep it pushin' and make a new friend! You won't regret your time spent with Grand Rapid's #1 fitness trainer..
