Dr. Zuroff's office does, indeed, produce Invisaligns. So I made an appointment with the friendly staff and went in. Let me say, I was completely taken aback when the walk in to walk out time was under 10 minutes, including the impressions being taken for the Invisaligns! The staff were also very polite. Fast forward a little over one year. My top retainer cracked one day, and I soon after got a cap placed on tooth #2. Well, now it was time for a new top retainer. Once again, the appointment making was easy, the appointment time was as quick as the last time, and Dr. Zuroff even instructed the staff within my ear shot to use a thicker version of the material to hopefully prevent cracking this time. Then, they stated they would have the retainer produced within 24 hours. Wow! What an amazing practice. Extremely unprofessional by a medical professional and medical team avoid this place. As soon as you walk-in, you realize you're not at a dermatologist office.. but at zoo full of narcissistic people that work there and so-called professionals that are very unprofessional.. Problems from the start at check-in. With no computer check in, valid birthday check or id request So after waiting about 30-40 minutes in the lobby from my appointment time. A very abrasive and rude intake person came out to get me took me back. As I was covering my issues with her.. she acted like she didn't want to be there. When I commented about how abrasive she actually was acting.. she snickered like she didn't wanna give a ___ and didn't really want to be working there. She went out, returned with Christina Rodriguez.. about ten mins later.. I'm sure after they had their little chat pow wow time together.. Both returned with rude very abrupt attitudes. Medical professionals.. yeah right.. joke! They were both giving off major sandpaper vibes and a very high lack of care and professionalism at this point.. Christina, especially with the -I don't really care about this patient demeanor... The questions she asked were like: Super snappy Are you around mosquitoes!!? Do you work outside!!!? Are you around bugs!!!!!? Ok fine, I could see how those might be valid questions.. But then she says and I quote, "Do you live in a tent?" This is a professional question asking me if I live in a tent?? My answer was: No ..I don't live in a tent. She will then sit I hear a little stool while the intake person is again behind. The computer .. Then ask, what medications you are on? Those are right on their computer screen in the room any medical office has that information.. Their pre-check intake person brought my medications up on the computer screen as well as saw them on my phone when I showed her. When I pointed that out, Christina Rodriguez said,.. "You can't even answer the question of what medications you are on!!??" Well, maybe if you two would've reviewed my notes out in the hall that the intake person was supposed to tell you.. instead of worrying about me asking why she was so abrasive you might know that.. Not to mention.. Like ...oh ok really??.. You can't even get up off your own unprofessional butt to look at the computer screen 2 feet away!!?? To read them!!?? All this happens while the intake person just stands there behind the computer and has it in front of her face on the screen ..She then finally verbally rattles off 1 ointment and 1cream in their drug names.. Dr. Morgan did extremely well handling an ear problem I have had for several years. After going to…read moreseveral family practice doctors and getting misdiagnosed with ear infections every time (one even gave me an irrigation), Dr. Morgan diagnosed me correctly within a minute of walking into his exam room. I had a tumor called a cholesteatoma growing in my ear, and it had punctured the eardrum. After being diagnosed, I scheduled to remove it with Dr. Morgan, who performed a two-hour surgery to remove the tumor and replace my eardrum. Six months down the road my hearing is back to 90%, I have a functional eardrum (made out of jaw muscle), and I haven't had any infection-like symptoms since the surgery. Great doctor! On top of being competent he is also very kind and personable. I'm thankful Walla Walla valley has this calibre of doctor.
