Do NOT give them any information about you. Do NOT pay them. Call your insurance company immediately as well as your doctor's office and where you had the procedure done to notify them. Do NOT call the phone numbers listed on the bills. This company has been reported to the Medicare fraud task force as well as the FBI task force investigating data breeches. There was only one other person in the waiting room, and the paperwork and lab draw was done within minutes and i was on my way.
