Would NOT recommend to due to Poor Experience with Ultrasound: 1. Difficult process for scheduling- the front desk was inconsistent about knowledge as to what they offer 2. They do NOT let you hear the baby's heart beat 3. They do NOT let you see the baby 4. They do NOT give you printed pictures of your baby 5. They do NOT tell you anything about your baby during the appointment 6. They did NOT have the report sent to my provider within 3 business days 7. You leave with NO information whatsoever about they health/status of your baby This is unacceptable. No other place I've been to in the past provides this poor of service for pregnancy ultrasounds. Even Kadlec is better. I will not be returning if I can help it. read more

The ladies up at reception need to re-learn about manners and etiquette. I was given a hard time over my insurance and legal name as well as the second receptionist was talking over everyone. There was no apology when I brought it up I was just told "I don't know" when I asked why she was talking so loud. Both women were condencending and rude. read more

They were efficient, professional, and very kind. MRI, x-rays, and mammogram all in one visit and it only took about an hour.

Please get a poster for your foreign language speaking patients. :) It helps patients to be able to point to their language so staff can help. read more

After pricing around and using Tri-City Radiology I can say this is my favorite place for our families Radiology needs. We have used other locations and we have been pleased with cutomer service at all locations used. However, Tri-City Radiology is fast, and the most affordable in the area. We pay out of pocket for most of our families services. They start out with the best prices and then add discounts for paying in full at time of service. The office staff are very firendly and extreamly helpful. I highly recommend Tri-City Radiology. read more
