They do NOT let you hear the baby's heart beat 3. They do NOT let you see the baby 4. They do NOT give you printed pictures of your baby 5. They do NOT tell you anything about your baby during the appointment 6. They did NOT have the report sent to my provider within 3 business days 7. You leave with NO information whatsoever about they health/status of your baby This is unacceptable. No other place I've been to in the past provides this poor of service for pregnancy ultrasounds. Even Kadlec is better. I will not be returning if I can help it.

Her ultrasound office was super clean and cute. She was able to capture so many cute pictures and videos for us. I'm so glad I found her! I highly recommend her to any expecting mothers who want to have a quick peak at their baby or simply want some cute keepsakes of baby's ultrasound pics. She's great at what she does and you can tell she's extremely passionate about her job. We loved every second of our appointment!

When I went in they told me I had to have an appointment that they were understaffed. Well after I passed out they changed their story. I was there for about 45 minutes and was moved through the hallway to x-ray, and there was no one there. This is ridiculous and not a very good service to the community.
