It takes more than 1 year to receive a bill. Even though my insurance paid them shortly after the appointment! Completely unaccepable. Kind of difficult to use my FSA money to pay for my medical when I do not even receive the bill in that year - despite the procedure being in JANUARY. I did spend the time to go around and circles to get to someone who can give me info about my claims from that long ago. Mine are valid charges - that I do need to pay them. But being that the portion I am paying is on my deductible and my deductible as maxed by end of Feb last year - there is absolutely zero reason that they should be sending me a bill more than a year later. If I could give zero stars, I would. I received an invoice last week (last week of February, 2024) from Kennewick Radiology Group PC, stating they had sent bills before but I hadn't paid, and that if I didn't pay now, they may send my info to collections. However, this was the very first invoice I've received from them. I have tried MULTIPLE times to contact them via phone; I always receive a message saying "Sorry, we're temporarily closed as we are having an unforeseen outage..." When I go to the website that is on my bill, www.peryourhealth.com, it does not load, and I get one of two screens (attached below). When I click on directions to the address here on Yelp, it gives me an area of Pasco (with zip code) but no specific address. Other searches show (and addresses listed on my bill) Kennewick Radiology is located in Dallas, TX and Toledo, Ohio. I'm attaching photos of those, too. Due to the multiple addresses, and being the first bill sent to me but threatening to be sent to collections, I searched to see if this bill was some sort of scam. I checked with my doctor's office, and they said Kennewick Radiology is a legit company, but I have to be the one to contact them to make the payment. How the hell am I supposed to pay this bill (that I'm being threatened will be sent to collections if I don't pay it), even though this is the very first time I've received this bill? I can't call. I can't go online. I have no idea where this business is located. The ONE address actually in Kennewick listed online for Kennewick Radiology is the old, boarded up Trios Hospital in downtown Kennewick that has been closed for over two years. I'm writing this review to a.) see if anyone else is having this issue, and b.) to document I HAVE been trying to reach them to pay my bill, so if I am sent to collections, I at least have evidence that I've tried to contact them and pay my bill. If anyone knows how to contact this company, please let me know. If there is any way to refuse to have billing services sent to this company, or to somehow make sure next time I need an x-ray I can choose a different company, that would be great to know, too. read more

I received a bill that hadn't been sent to my insurance. My insurance company, as well as myself have tried several times to contact this business and none of the phone numbers work and the website doesn't work. They billed my insurance last year, but suddenly they are AWOL. They're not getting my money until they bill my insurance and not until some sort of contact is made. The worst company ever!! I had medical insurance and they never billed them. They sent me to collections without even contacting me. I try to call them and they are temporary closed fir the longest time. My insurance gave me proof they paid them and the collections agency won't remove my collection without hearing from Kennewick Radiology. They don't seem to respond at all like they are a bogus firm. Billing is a MAJOR ISSUE with Kennewick Radiology. Never send billing, until ready to make claim /filing on credit report, will go through and charge you personally, without charging primary insurance, 2nd insurance. Billing dept is 3rd party, and can't get anoyone local to correct the mess.. read more

Received a bill in September.. called and gave them my secondary insurance information.. they said That they had already had that information and didn't bill it for some reason but would get it fixed. Called November 3 to ask the status and they said they still had not billed the secondary insurance. But they would get that fixed November 24 I get a collection notice! Im covered by insurance 100%. They turned me over to collection. They would not get the billing code correct in order to receive payment after they were sent the code again by the doctors office. Avoid using them. I will be leaving Trios because the use them. very poor place. read more

Can I give zero stars?! They sent a bill to collections that I went back and saw that i had already paid!! And when I called them they kept hanging up on me! I tried calling over 10 times and everytime I got hung up on! I tried to get through to supervisors and they would transfer me and it would hang up on me! After the 10th or so time calling they just straight up didnt answer my calls! Complete joke! Oh and the service they billed me for was interpreting the ultrasound during my pregnancy and they didn't catch the extreme hypertrophic cardiomyopathy that killed my daughter at 10 days old. I echo all the other 1 star comments here. Trios sent me to them. I never got a bill from them. Only got a bill from Trios. I paid Trios. Then months later got a collection letter from their collection company and the harassing phone calls started. Never let Trios send you to these people. read more

The billing department of this business gets the grade of an F. It has taken 5 months and three phone calls with no resolution on small balances on statements I have received. A check with my insurance company reveals payments were made by them the same month the service was received. My insurance company verifies I owe no balance. The phone system also receives the grade F. read more

Why the State of Washington does nothing about this is just terrible. I have called the State's Attorney's Office. Their reply was; 'There's nothing we can do.' Many people here in the Tri-Cities (Richland, Pasco,and Kennewick, Washington - Eastside of Washington State) expect as citizens to pay their hospital bills at the Kennewick Trios Hospital, or at least somewhere here locally. WRONG!!! If you are sent to the hospital for whatever the reason, while there, should a doctor order a blood test on you for a lab workup - the Order is sent to the lab. A contractor for the TRIOS HOSPITAL runs the lab. KENNEWICK RADIOLOGY GROUP runs the labs. I found out that there are a lot of contractors doing business at the hospital here at TRIOS. The Billing Department within the hospital does not and will not collect funds due for the contractors as a convenient for their patients. KENNEWICK RADIOLOGY GROUP does not - and I should point out, NOT REQUIRED, to open a billing area in this state! They are located in California. Over the years, I have called them twice, made arrangements, and via my credit card paid them twice. Each time they never ran the cards. This bill (s) was sent to collections. THIS IS NOT FAIR!!!! I totally agree with Jerry B and his assessment of the less than optimal billing practices. I had a mammogram at Trios and am not only getting billed by the hospital for the imaging, but by the Radiology Group for the Mammogram imaging AGAIN--this is illegal double billing people!!!! plus the radiologist reading fees. Don't get me started on Trios. I get 4 separate bills from Trios itself because each one has to represent a different date of service. Let me correct myself. I get 2 of the 4 bills I apparently owe every month. They say I have these other 2 but I have never seen them. I have yet to get ANY for the month of July. The saddest thing is nobody at Trios will read these reviews because they couldn't care less! NEVER going back there. I will lay down and die before I step foot there. read more

The Radiologists are really good, I wish I could say the same for the BILLING DEPARTMENT, which just happens to be the absolute WORST billing department in the entire world. They told me that they send two bills and followed up with a phone call, which is BS. I am retired and I also pay the bills in our family, plus I also collect the mail.... two bills and a phone call which I can't believed. We were turned over to a collection agency because of non payment... so how can I pay a bill of I am not aware of it. I think the billing office has a set answer for when you call and question a billing, they will tell you they sent two letter and a phone call which again is TOTAL B.S. Today is the end of August and I just received a notice from the collections stating bills dated on January and February 2017 were not paid. Just got a bill in the mail today, Oct. 24, 2015, for a service date of Mar. 3, 2015 - 7 months late. The first number i called had been disconnected. Once I located a different number, it took FOREVER to get someone on the phone. The person who finally answered said they had an insurance company on file that is not our insurer. Because the bill was so long ago, and because they had the wrong insurance provider, I suspected some kind of scam or fraud, so I did not give them our current insurance information until I called the hospital where the service occurred. The hospital verified the event, and had the proper insurance information, and had been paid in full, back in March. I called the radiology group back and informed them of what I'd learned. The person who answered claimed that they had sent out multiple bills to me, but I told her this was the first and only bill I'd received. She transferred me to another person, who admitted that they had NOT sent any previous bills, but claimed they got the insurance information from the hospital. I told her the hospital had the correct information. They are now going to bill the correct insurance company, but really???? They had our contact information, but just now sent us the bill?
