They will spend time with you. To me, it feels like a small-town atmosphere where they actually know you as a person instead of as just another patient.

I have been going to Dr. Smiths office for at least 20 years. I don't think there will ever be a…read moredoctors office that can come close to their practice. I loved that fact that when I was sick I could go in that day and get help. Both Dr. Smith and Heather would listen to whatever was bothering me. They knew me and what my issues were. I was referred to the proper place to get maximum help. They were unlike any other place in the Antelope Valley, more like an old time doctor who made house calls, A doctor who was concerned about my health. They were part of my family and very much part of my health. I will miss my doctor and NP. I am unsure where to go or who would care about my health or take time to know me. Best Doctor's office ever!

Unfortunately, my families experience with Dr. Kling was disappointing. It quickly became clear…read morethat he lacked a strong understanding of prescriptions and proper medication management. We had to clarify multiple times about my families prescription, which left us feeling uneasy and not well cared for. In addition, their bedside manner was poor. Communication felt dismissive, with little effort to listen or explain things in a respectful way. As the patient, we expect clarity and empathy--neither of which was received by our visit. I hope Dr. Kling takes this as constructive feedback and invests in improving both their clinical knowledge and patient communication. Until then, I would recommend looking elsewhere for more attentive and competent care.
