    Chicken Fried Rice
    Lauren S.

The staff seemed friendly, they seemed to be on the phone with IT so no one really talked to me. The food isn't too bad, the chicken in the chicken fried rice has a grey tint to it so I didn't eat it. Bit all of it was grey but majority

    general tso chicken

i really enjoyed my visit at shanghai. i've been before and it's always good i don't know if it's because i usually order the same thing every time but yk what they say don't fix it if it ain't broken. i got the general tso chicken (my usual) which was delicious the sauce was excellent. the chicken was nice and tender. super juicy. but instead of sticking to my usual i also ordered the fire noodles with shrimp & chicken (the double protein is an up charge) and it was amazing so full of flavor. not super spicy as you would think since it's called "fire noodles" but it still had a kick. i think it might become my new favorite. the food portions of both selections were huge . which is great because me and my boyfriend shared both plates. the only thing i would say was kinda bad was the service . it wasn't extremely terrible just kinda silly. our appetizer (the salt n pepper calamar) came out 2mins before our main entrees. mind you we sat with just our drinks for almost an hour. which is okay we weren't in a rush but still. another problem was when i was drinking sweet tea and when my glass was empty my server filled it with dr pepper. which was silly . other then those two silly problems service was great and the food was spectacular

    Singapore noodles (supposedly)

I ordered my go-to, Singapore noodles. I got to the restaurant and they made the wrong dish. After waiting 15 minutes for the correct dish to be made I took it home. I am sorry, but AF is this? This was so beyond disappointing. The noodles are horrible, the ingredients were completely off and the tasted was not that of Singapore noodles. I will never go back to this place. Such a horrible experience overall.

Just ordered pan fried dumplings, beef stickers, and general Tso beef. The dumplings were most definitely not fried and seemed to be microwaved instead. The general Tso beef was a bowl of sludge, the breading wasn't crispy even remotely, and the beef stickers were very dry. There also we're no utensils provided or anything else, napkins, soy sauce, etc. The steamed rice was alright. All in all, I will not be going back.

The pho broth is light and very watered down. The beef is in chunks and hard

if I could I would give zero stars. this is my first time writing a review because usually I wouldn't bother even if the food or service was terrible. I went there to eat out for my birthday because I saw they had pho and I have been missing home and my Ba'noi's pho. the appetisers were ok but the eggrolls were overwhelmingly greasy. when the pho came out I was instantly disappointed. the both was obviously watery and the meat was chunky. true pho beef is sliced thinly so that it can be cooked by the hot broth. their noodles were over cooked and felt disgusting. I was so disappointed I wanted to cry. their menu said their pho was authentic so I trusted that it would be. I also order the lemongrass chicken and it was like eating rubber. I was severely disappointed and my day felt ruined and I miss home even more now. also a pair of chopsticks from the table were mouldy and my little brother didn't know because he's never had to see mould before. I spent $202 for bad food.

We used to eat here many years ago and they aren't as good as they used to be. We ordered fried wontons, they came out tasting a little burnt, the General Tso's chicken came out slightly undercooked, under seasoned, no spicy heat at all and in bigger pieces than usual, the cup of wonton soup we got had one wonton in it...most places give you two. The best thing I tried was the Vietnamese iced coffee and even it was only 3 stars.

20 oz soda I ALWAYS order on DoorDash that they claim comes in as a fountain drink and then argues with me about it every time I call.

Every single time I order on DoorDash and order a clearly specified 20oz bottle, they send me a fountain drink and argue with me every time saying that it comes through as fountain drink on their end and everyone else's order is always ok. I'm tired of having to call to confirm I'm getting what I THE CUSTOMER am paying for and I'm also tired of being told that I cannot have extra basil or cilantro and the excuse being "the cost has gone up" no it hasn't. And even so, I offer to pay extra and am still denied as a paying customer and argued with. Then they say they aren't arguing with me. Management needs to figure something out, I spend way too much money here to get treated like I do and have my orders constantly messed up. I can't even get my order that I pay for AND I get denied extra as a paying customer who also offers to pay for the extra. But screw me when y'all take my money and mess up my order anyways right?

Bland soup, okay main dishes but the appetizers are pretty good for a small town.

Egg rolls were great. I had the Thai chicken with basil and my husband had the Ying yang shrimp. We both enjoyed our entrees.

Terrible food. Dirty restaurant and utensils. Would not go there ever again. My son who is 6 years old asked to not go back. Shame.
