They certainly do not skimp on the filling. For instance, the siumai and har gow contained very plumply-sized shrimp. Flavor was spot on as well. The hot tea was complimentary which is unusual from my parts. When we finished ordering, they even brought out a complimentary dessert which was a slightly sweet agar type thing. I was hoping for the same consistency and flavors, I would say it's not as good as china Rose but it definitely is delicious I tried the ginger chicken and the pineapple chicken balls along with the hot and sour soup All were very good but unfortunately the ginger chicken was lacking in the sauce department. I think if they doubled up on the sauce it would be a star I'll definitely come back and try the ginger beef
