As soon as we walked in, we were warmly welcomed and I absolutely loved the large open space with manicures to the right and spa pedicures to the left. As the custom goes, we were offered drinks, selected our polish and we sat for our chair massages and spa pedis. The one thing they're missing is a foot rest. Everyone is very friendly, work very diligently to please and get the desired outcome for the customer. Their drinks menu is very varied, which I appreciated. The music is really in the spirit of the holidays, they plyed a great channel with a mix of oldies. Overall we had an amazing experience and will return!

I felt really comfortable the entire time. The nail technician for the gel x was so attentive to detail. He would check my nails multiple times for clean up or even shaping. They're always happy to offer you a soft drink or water. Their higher end manicure packages include an amazing shoulder massage. I also appreciate that they're not constantly trying to pressure you into an upgrade, or additional service. Recently I tried a new nail salon in Katy because it happened to be right next-door to where I was shopping. I had a dip manicure that looked like a student had done it. The difference in the dip manicure I received at DaVinci yesterday is amazing. Definitely a reminder of why I continue to come back here all the time.

We booked our appointment with Jazsmine and she was very nice. However, after my nail appointment, she tells me that it's an extra five dollars because my nails were long and they have to use more material. I advised her that she should be transparent and give that information to the potential customer prior to them coming in and getting their nails done. You don't do that after the fact. Just be aware that they will charge you after the fact, but hopefully after my conversation with Jazsmine, she will do better and let the clients know before they come in for their appointment that if they have long nails, they will be charged and if they cut your nails, they will be charged
