Yummy food. Really sweet people. Everything was delicious we had paneer curry, paneer pakora and aloo paratha

All of the dishes we're packed with large pieces of onion and green pepper. Which is odd. I have never seen green pepper so represented.

We were quite disappointed. We eat Indian once a week on the average. In many different places cities and states. I have never seen green pepper so overrepresented. Big chunks of onion and green pepper or dominating the dishes. The eggplant dish was really anemic. We ordered everything hot, 5 out of six. And it wasn't even close. We ordered roti, which came slathered in what I assume is ghee. Overall, The food lacked the complexity and depth that I associate with the cuisine

I ordered chicken curry and got what appeared to be chicken sag. It also tasted like meat instead of chicken.

The food was great; people were lovely. And they had a couple of picnic tables to eat at!

Have ordered food here many times. Have tried many food options, including their desserts and teas, and have always had a good experience.

I don't get out this way often, but it's been a week since my visit, and I've thought several times about my eventual return.... I really enjoyed this place. It was a sunny Sunday (Father's Day" and I had an hour or two to kill on my way back from someplace and I thought I'd try a new place. It was conveniently located off of I-70 and I had never been in the town of Buckeye Lake before, so I was a bit curious. I was quite pleased when I drove up to see a roadside patio and an open air indoors (large windows that open up) for nice days such as these. Parking was easy to find in back. There's a casual restaurant attached where you can sit in and drink your beer while eating their food, or vice versa: Sit in the brewery and go pick up your food when it's ready. The bartenders were great. There's a water station and clean bathrooms just beside the bar. Ordering my flight was easy, the menu was easy to read and the bartenders were knowledgeable and bonus: seemed happy to be there. The playlist sounded like it was taken from my Spotify playlists! It was like perfect for me. I told a friend afterward about several songs they played, and they were like, did they have access to your data somehow? Like, how did they know to play your favorite songs? So kudoos to whomever curated the playlist on the evening of Father's Day, 2026. It was perfect. I love the feel of the place. Lots of boaters stopping in from the dock across the street after a day at sea and some people just hanging out, chilling. It felt like I was in a resort town in the summertime (maybe I was?). It also appeared family-friendly, which is a selling point to me, but at the same time a comfortable place for adults to do adult things. I look forward to visiting again sometime soon, preferably while the weather is still nice.

My favorite entree: the beef brisket My favorite side: potato salad & Mac n cheese My fav sauce: sweet sauce All the meat is very tender and good. I liked trying all the sauces too. The sides are good. Must stop and try this place. Perfect for feeding a bunch of people or for a quick stop if you are in a hurry.

Wow, this is REALLY, REALLY GOOD BARBEQUE...!!!…read more The brisket is fantastic. I tried the smoked meat "naked" first - without sauce. It was smoke-forward, tender, and absolutely delicious. Very excellent. The sauces are delicious and based on a 70 year old family recipe handed down from the pitmaster's grandfather to his father to him. I especially liked mixing the black pepper sauce with the sweet sauce. Great sauces. The sides are all house made family recipes. The vinegar coleslaw was refreshing and tasty. The green beans were nicely seasoned and delicious. The honey cornbread was tasty. For $13 I got more food than I could eat. For the quality this is a bargain. Jay is the owner, operator, and pitmaster. He's a 3rd generation pitmaster and barbeque joint owner, and definitely knows his way around a smoker. He's also a really nice guy. I'm quite sure we will return again and again - definitely worth stopping if you're anywhere east of Columbus. The rig is permanently located at 10961 Hebron Road - 1/4 mile south of I-70 on the way into the town of Buckeye Lake. Highly recommended. Dad and Grandpa would be proud...
