We will absolutely continue coming back, just unfortunately not as often as we used to. We were regular Thursday night customers because we absolutely loved Music Bingo. My husband, my two daughters, and I would come together as a family almost every Thursday. It became something we genuinely looked forward to each week. Thursdays used to be packed, sometimes so crowded that it was hard to find a seat. There was such a fun atmosphere, with different tables bantering with each other, laughing, competing, and getting into the music. We enjoyed it so much that we even brought prizes for the host to give away. It was more than just playing bingo; it was the whole experience and energy of the night. Unfortunately, since the new Music Bingo host took over, the experience has completely changed. We even tried talking to him about it, and he told us that as long as he is running Music Bingo, he will never use the app and will continue doing everything on paper. He uses the same card for the entire two-hour game, which means that even if you arrive late, you essentially have no chance of winning. That takes away a huge part of what made the game exciting and competitive. I do want to be fair and say that we know he also hosts trivia on Tuesdays, and we actually like his approach to trivia. His style seems to work well for that format. Unfortunately, that same approach just doesn't seem to vibe with Music Bingo. Music Bingo needs a different kind of energy, interaction, and flair, and sadly, that has been missing. The host has also been rude to us when we've tried to discuss our concerns, which has made the experience even less enjoyable. The difference in the Thursday night atmosphere is very noticeable. Thursdays used to be packed and full of energy, and now the place is often nearly empty. The fun atmosphere and camaraderie we used to look forward to are simply gone. We understand that he runs the game on his own and is entitled to run it how he wants. At the end of the day, though, the format and the overall vibe have changed enough that our family no longer wants to make Thursday nights a regular part of our week. That's especially disappointing because this was something all four of us genuinely enjoyed doing together. We are still giving The Brass Tap five stars because the restaurant itself, the food, and the rest of the staff have always been fantastic. We will definitely come back for those things. We just won't be coming back as often for Music Bingo. Hopefully, at some point, Music Bingo can become the fun, lively, interactive experience it used to be. We would love to have a reason to look forward to Thursday nights again.

The one I wanted, they ran out, but they had a weihenstephaner hefeweissbier which is usually a go to and a chocolate hef. The chocolate hef was definitely unique. Came in during a world up game and had plenty of TVs to watch the games. The first bartender that served us wasn't very nice or talkative, but the second one was the one that gave me a taster of the chocolate hef. He was nice and checked on me and my friend the whole time we were there. It is a big space and plenty of seating. They had a good menu for lunch and dinner and good specials for happy hour. I tried out the blackened cod fish tacos which isn't on the happy hour menu but it was okay. Overall, it was good and would come back again.

It is 180 of the original and some new faces and some really welcoming original faces. As always, everyone working so hard to provide customer service and while Im still wary, I'm still coming round for karaoke and ordering and tipping and trying to be respectful of everyone person around. The main point I wanted to make is that I don't feel like a nuisance here anymore. I don't need to be friends with the servers but being acknowledged as a customer already speaks volumes. New waitress is very sweet and she hustles! The original bartender who was here when I first started coming is back and training other bartenders. Which makes the rest of the patrons really vibe together. Talking to each other. Making new connections. I only come here for Tuesday karaoke with KJ Rodney but now I don't have a sense that I'm not wanted here anymore. Which is a big plus! Kudos!

Very first time at shamrocks and probably very last time. Met a friend there on Saturday April 9th 2016 for karaoke. First stop was the bar to order a beer and from there we took our seats on the floor to watch the singers. About 30 minutes later my friend approached the bar and bought us another round. Finally, about an hour later the friend goes up for third round but was cut off by the bartender. He came back to the table telling me that the bartender had cut him off so I approached the bar to ask her why. She told me her reason for cutting him off and I accepted it but she would not even serve me. Now, as a matter of fact, I was only about an hour and a half into my night and had only 2 beers the entire day. I was bothered by her decision to not serve me and I questioned her for a bit but it seemed useless. Guilt by association i guess. I will definitely never go to Shamrocks in Corona on Magnolia again. And I will definitely let everybody else know not to go there. read more

Corona is not a vast land of Irish Pub choices. I have to keep in mind that the beer is the most important followed by whiskey and then food. On the beer side they have a fairly good variety with proper glasses. Served well. The food is fairly good, this is definitely pub food. Their Burger was large and cooked to the MR that I asked for and the fries were above average. I wouldn't come here to dine but to enjoy a burger or their corn beef. The service is a little bit better than average, very close to most Irish pubs I have been to. There are TV's everywhere so not bad for watching a game especially during their happy hour. The Decor could use a little sprucing up, but no complaint. I think theye are a good deal for the person that understands a pub style but not a place for a lot of service and kids. Went on St. Pat's Day the other night; it was packed! Full house!!!! DJ was good; live bagpipes were awesome, green beer flowing.............. The only thing that I would suggest during special events, is perhaps have some sort of alternative plan for dining; like a metric or something; we were there for drinks and bar food and we couldn't have a sit to order the food; there was one big booth with one lone guy there for quite a long time, and I think that for the amount of time this kid was sitting at the big booth by himself, two others parties of 6 could have squeezed in there and the wait staff and restaturant would have turned them into even more of a profit. I would like to start off and say.... Johnny C. I m sorry you did not feel you were treated the way you felt you should have. However, Desiree has been one of the best Bartenders at Shamrock's since I started coming in there years ago. She has always provided excellent service to myself as well as many other's that I have shared this wonderful bar with. Sometimes as a nice and kind human we have to remember, there are times when people have tough days. With this being said, to go onto yelp and state someone's name and put there ability to make money in jeopardy is not the right thing to do. Shamrock's is an amazing bar and Desiree is one of the primary reasons it is. I will continue to frequent there as I always have. read more

I went to this place the week they opened, it was a nice place with a cool feel. Big difference from Sharkey's (which used to be there). Over all I liked it and promoted the place to my friends. I tried going there again last Saturday only to get turned away by the tattooed security guard at the door!! The reason he gave me is because of my Non-offensive tattoo I have on my neck. I'll repeat this, A TATTOOED SECURITY GUARD TOLLED ME I COULDN'T GO IN BECAUSE OF THE TATTOO ON MY NECK!! This place sucks and needs to figure out what it's doing. *DO NOT GO TO THIS BAR* I walked into the bathroom and heard what I assumed was someone snorting drugs. It's a sound that is unmistaken. When she came out of the restroom, I noticed it was one of the bartenders DESIREE. I was disgusted that they would allow employees to be doing drugs in the restroom of a place that is supposed to represent police and fire officers. if I was the owner, I would do a drug test on her ASAP. This place is absolutely horrible and the people who work here are disgusting. The waitresses are incredibly racist and rude. We sat there for 20 min and not a single waitress came to our table or offered us a menu but they made sure to serve every other table in the place. If you're not white dont bother coming here because you'll be ignored and treated like trash. I will most definitely not ever go back here nor do I recommend this place to anyone. The owner should really think about getting new waitresses who arent racist bitches with attitude problems. read more

Terrible place to go an enjoy a beer. The service and management are lousy!!!! On St. Patricks day you could not order a pitcher of beer. You can order pitchers during the week, but not on St. Patricks Day, I wonder why not??? Oh I know, SO THEY CAN GET MORE MONEY CHARGING YOU BY THE GLASS. Food was terrible too, they kept getting our order wrong and by the end of the night we were overcharged by $25.00 and they refused to take it off. I Will NEVER go there again!!!!!! read more

They lost a lot of people last night there were 20 of us an I was singled out. So guess what you make one guy leave we all leave its 2015 the lame ass owner needs to catch up to the times. I love this place. Been coming here for years. From JP to Eddie who runs it and there amazing kj's. If you want a place with great service and bartenders and of course kj's. I love singing and this is my go to place at the end of the day. They are all respectful and care about everyone. As a business owner myself they have it all. It was a lot of people cheering for Norway and everyone seem to be having a good time. Rather loud with all the tvs and light chatter but the cool AC beats sitting in the outdoor patio. Some seats had reservations on them too. Theres a large couch too for large groups that seem fun with friends. We ordered a beer, ginger ale, chicken wrap with fries, and cauliflower. It was a lot of food for two but the average person that comes here probably appreciates the large portion size. The chicken was coated with sauce and had a spinach tortilla. It was so satiable. The servers were all prompt and seem to juggle many roles like bartending and bussing as well. They were quick to take our order and easy to waive down to ask for a side of pickles since they were always moving around even if they were a few. Two single stall bathrooms. One per gender: Place seems very clean and the bar looks well stocked and organized. Floor was a bit sticky near the bathrooms. I would come again.

And honestly, Bethany was a huge reason for that. She's an amazing bartender, always welcoming, remembers people, and knows how to make a night out fun. It's rare to find someone who makes you genuinely want to keep coming back. Either way, shutting down Thursdays means losing loyal customers who actually supported that night. Hopefully management realizes that sometimes the people who keep a place busy are the employees who make customers want to return -- and Bethany was absolutely one of those people.

There was a bag of Kirkland tortilla strips, a package of small tortillas, and some shredded cheese and toppings. It was on the house. Pizza would've been a big seller here. Not sure if they have a lunch truck show up on weekends or not. They do have a website that mentions entertainment. There's a stage and a dance floor. 2 pools tables that I saw. There were over a dozen screens showing whatever you wanted for sports. Service was actually great. Heather took care of me and was the only person behind the bar, so she was juggling everyone. Very attentive. Everyone else was very friendly as well - even the patrons. Great security guy.
