That's a huge improvement over the corporate place I used take my dog. She was terrified every time we went there. I've personally witnessed dogs getting groomed & the staff is gentle and patient. The prices are reasonable. Be aware that Saturdays book up fast. Also, just fyi pet grooming is a physically demanding job and standard tip for grooming is 15-20%; if your pet isn't well behaved (eg tries to bite, etc) please consider a bigger tip.

The groomer Lauren said he was matted on his ears and neck so he needed to be short. My son picked up our dog because I was at work. When I arrived home and saw my dog I was FURIOUS! He was hairless to the point you can see his bones. I paid $122 which includes de-matting but he has no hair so what was departed? Literally shaved him bald. I never received a call asking for permission to cut off all his hair. My dog doesn't even look like himself. Every time I look at him I want to cry because I'm so angry. I called to cancel his future appointment and i was asked what happened and did I want to go to another location. No THANK YOU! Will no longer be utilizing their daycare or boarder services either because I don't trust them with my fur child.

His normal routine is Bark Bark Bark followed by dragging me towards the other dog he wants to meet. What happened today was extraordinary. Jaime was my groomer. As you can see from the photograph it was a first class dog grooming including having his nails dremeled ( a four person job at the vet's office because he often rebels and his size 150lbs) I watched her do it. I don't think Bill flinched. It was incredible,.Also, and the best part, she gave me several tips on how to handled him when he meets other dogs. How to introduce him. When I got home I practiced what Jaime told me. It was one of the most pleasurable days we've had out on a walk thanks to Jaime's tips. From my experience even professionals are intimidated by Bill's size and excitement. Not Jaime, she new how to handle my dog and it was a great experience for the both of us. I learned Jaime shows dogs as well. Jaime, Iv'e told everyone I know about you today. Thank you. We will be back

I paid $75.99 for…read moregrooming, but after the service, Grooming Manager Kirsten G. and Store Manager Rachael tried to enforce a hand-written $20 "late pickup fee" that was not listed in the contract or posted anywhere. When I asked about it, they said it would be "rude to mention the late fee prior to service," which made no sense. Despite my long history as a customer, they refused to waive the fee, and I was threatened with criminal charges for refusing this undisclosed charge. This was extremely unprofessional and egregious. I hope corporate does what's right and ensures proper training for their staff

I went home looked at an old receipt and it was $80.00 dollars. I went back with the receipt and I looked on chewy's website the same pills was $61.26 dollars. I asked for them to write me a prescription and I would order them myself. Then the doctor said I would have to have blood work done first which would cost $ 160.00 dollars Before she would write the prescription. The dog has been on these pills for over a year and has to take one pill per day. I have two dogs and neither one will be going back. We had been going there for years and get treated this poorly. It's one thing to make a profit but to charge more than double is simply ripping people off. I suggest you think twice about taking your pet here if I could I would give them a less than a ( one ) rating.
