The prices are reasonable. Be aware that Saturdays book up fast. Also, just fyi pet grooming is a physically demanding job and standard tip for grooming is 15-20%; if your pet isn't well behaved (eg tries to bite, etc) please consider a bigger tip.

By awful I mean like a teen cut her with zero experience. The last time, I was 1/2 way down the block when I turned around and took her back. They gave my female shih-Tzu a mustache and a lopsided one at that. One side was a full inch longer. No one answered the door, so I called. A man came out to the parking lot, with a pair of scissors and cut the longer section, in the lot!! This is the service I got for $95 plus tip. Never again. It makes me sad that a small business doesn't really care about their customers. My husband owned a small business just 2 blocks down and we never would tray paying customers with such disregard

They wanted him back every 6-8 weeks at $75 a pop, which wasn't needed and I kept brushing. The inside of his ears got nicked this last time and I let them know, he started scratching on his face near his ears until it bled. I of course took care of him. But attached is the response I got when I let them know and thought a different groomer got him this last time. I'm very disappointed. My last call for an appointment I was rudely asked if he was matted. That should have been my sign to go elsewhere. To accuse someone of neglect... I'm floored.

I have never been approached by a dog food representative and told I was feed my dogs or cats crap food. The self wash is reasonable and opened later than other self-wash facilities which is good in an emergency. My one complaint is the soap is set to high on the self-wash. I understand people want to see suds or they don't think it's working, but when you have a curly coated dog like a Standard Poodle, it makes it impossible to rinse out. Still good in a pinch. I have a dirty dog card!

Bubble Puppy Playhouse Review - from Vinnie's biggest fan (me!)…read more Vinnie has been going to Bubble Puppy Playhouse since he was a puppy, and it has truly been one of the best decisions I've ever made for him. He absolutely adores the caregivers--they're loving, attentive, and treat him like family. You can tell they genuinely care about every dog that walks through the door. The pool is a wonderful bonus. Not only does it help Vinnie socialize, it keeps him healthy and active with low-impact exercise. Swimming has been amazing for his overall well-being, as was diagnosed with arthritis very young. Whenever we start driving near Bubble Puppy, his tail starts wagging. He know exactly where we are going and he gets so excited he can barely stand himself. Bubble Puppy is safe, warm, fun and run by wonderful people. Vinnie loves it!
