They explained the process to us before they started since I needed to know if I should leave the house or not. I had just been released from the hospital after fighting pneumonia for over a week. They told me it shouldn't cause an issue and sealed all of the vents before they began the cleaning to prevent a dust mess through the whole house. Then vacuum truck seemed to take care of any "junk" that came out of our duct work to get it clean. I did sit outside through most of the cleaning process but didn't see any major dust in the air when I came inside after they were done. Our house does seem less dusty after the cleaning too. Before we would get a solid layer of dust on all the flat surfaces in the house within just a couple of days of wiping down everything. We checked prices with a few companies before we chose Willard. Their prices are right in the middle range. One company we spoke to was comparably priced (within $40), one was approx. $100 higher priced, and one was slightly cheaper. We went with Willard because the person we spoke to when we called was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful answering our questions. The techs arrive about an hour and a half late, without any communication to us that they were running late, so the lacking of a courtesy call to let us know was a little disappointing. Other than that we're very happy with the cleaning and the techs were great. We'll recommend them to others and use them again in the future.
