My car was basically a feral habitat: husky fur embedded like it paid rent, dried mud from when I got myself stuck on a dirt road after a rainstorm, coffee stains, food stains, and yes--I'm messy and toss trash behind the driver's seat because if I can't see it, it doesn't exist. He brought that disaster back from the dead. My car looks damn near new. The floors? Clean. The seats? Spotless. The smell? Bomb. As in, my cat literally peed on a seat and now I can't smell a thing. He must use at least 10 different products, all well known , Chemical guys, Meguiar's, yada, yada. He spent about half time on the interior, and the rest on exterior. Total time, 2 hours. My vehicle is a white ,2019 Honda CRV, and I have never had my interior detailed. Glad that I did. He used a leather conditioner on my leather interior. Another solution on my mats, another on my dash. Every surface looks like new. He is incredibly thorough. I originally just wanted my exterior done, but for his reasonable rate, I recommend getting the complete job, like I did. Not sure of the polishing product, he applied with a buffer pad, from a cordless drill, to my exterior. He did it in small sections, then he hand polished with a micro fibre cloth and I'm very happy with the super shiny result.

Mind you, my per was never in the car, so there was minimal pet hair that must've shed off my clothing, since I had the car for 3 weeks. Anyhow, since I didn't want to keep the car any longer than necessary since I'd have to pay for extra days, I contacted Top Priority on a Monday evening requesting a quote for the next day. I got a response that same evening, and they had availability the next day. They were prompt, very communicative, great customer service, and did a great job getting every bit of pet hair out of the car! I will definitely use them again in the future.
