His price was fair and documentation of services was thorough. Communication was fast and complete. In my first life, I was a car detailer and I am hard to please. Ben was beyond thorough. He took 2-days to paint correct my truck and half a day to coat it. It looks perfect; actually, better than perfect. His attention to detail is not lost only me. I've hired and paid so many Detailers to ceramic coat vehicles, I am experienced with what the typical service entails and am saddened by the lack of care/passion that's resulted from an abundance of detailers and the pressures of price competition. Ben is a cut above - as long as he is in this industry, he'll be the one to coat my vehicles. He's more expensive than others, but absolutely worth it!

Today was the day for the work to be done. Edwin confirmed the appointment early this morning and arrived on time. My car was properly detailed which always starts with a clay bar, no Armor All and no crappy cotton polishing rags that swirl the paint. Edwin understood all of this, which gave me confidence.
