From the moment I pulled up, this guy treated me like I'd been coming there for years. Big smile, firm handshake energy, and just genuinely cares about people. You can tell right away he takes pride in what he does and in making sure every customer feels welcome. Also--this man is as tall as a giraffe, impossible to miss, and he gave my Crown Victoria the kind of appreciation it deserves. Instantly knew I was in the right place. In a world where customer service feels like it's disappearing, Cleetus is the real deal--friendly, respectful, hardworking, and just an all-around great American brother. I was told it would be no more than $7 for a 15-minute wash using a credit card. Based on that information, I proceeded. I only noticed today that I was actually charged $15, which is more than double what I was quoted. This feels misleading and unacceptable--especially since there was no clear pricing displayed. I called and spoke with a manager, and instead of resolving the issue, I was told to dispute the charge with my credit card company. That response alone shows a lack of accountability. I will be disputing the charge and filing a complaint with the BBB if this is not resolved. At a minimum, pricing should be clearly posted so customers know exactly what they're being charged.

He must use at least 10 different products, all well known , Chemical guys, Meguiar's, yada, yada. He spent about half time on the interior, and the rest on exterior. Total time, 2 hours. My vehicle is a white ,2019 Honda CRV, and I have never had my interior detailed. Glad that I did. He used a leather conditioner on my leather interior. Another solution on my mats, another on my dash. Every surface looks like new. He is incredibly thorough. I originally just wanted my exterior done, but for his reasonable rate, I recommend getting the complete job, like I did. Not sure of the polishing product, he applied with a buffer pad, from a cordless drill, to my exterior. He did it in small sections, then he hand polished with a micro fibre cloth and I'm very happy with the super shiny result.

I then check the car and it literally looked like they only cleaned the outside because trash was still in my trunk, underneath my seats had trash, inside there was spots left everywhere and some of the things weren't even moved. After I addressed it one guy in particular got upset and had an attitude because they were called out on doing a half ass job. I'm never one to complain because I understand sometimes in having so many cars you get busy and just want to get people out but they weren't even that busy and you're paying almost 30 bucks for a simple car wash and when you correct them they give attitude and get upset? The only reason I gave them four stars is because it is pretty expensive, but I know that's because of the good job they do. And I always want to tip, of course, so it ends up being a service I can only afford a few times a year at the moment. But I guess that's not their fault. They are worth what they charge because they go above and beyond most other full service car washes. So actually, I'm gonna give them five stars. It's not their fault I'm poor lol.
