Food is exceptionaly delicious some of the best Korean chicken I've ever had in my life before there's so many options I had a hard time choosing HEHE but I'm sure all of it was good.

French onion, soup, burger, and Parmesan truffle fries with aïoli dip

Went with family on a Saturday afternoon. The limited edition French onion soup burger was pretty tasty. Seemed kinda small but tasted great and the atmosphere is clean and pleasant. Family liked the Parmesan truffle fries- I thought they were just okay. Not a lot of truffle or Parmesan flavor for me especially compared to Red Salt's fries. Outdoor seating is available and there are several gender neutral single bathrooms. Parking is easy but no easy way to exit if you want to head east back down broad.

Burger should not be in the name. Where's the beef??

Burgers are tiny. This is an Overpriced McDonalds. The only difference is you'll pay more and get less.

I went to the Southside location once and got the world's worst service. I had actually forgotten…read moreabout that when someone suggested we go to the Short Pump one. Unfortunately, there was still not great service again. The server was professional and polite... but he wasn't present. Someone else brought our food out. He checked on us for the first time when we were almost done eating. I had to ask the hostess for the check. The food was just okay. If it had been amazing, that might have been worth waiting for, but it was forgettable. The menu is blah and standard. Nothing exciting. The flavors, meh. I got the arugula and proscuitto pizza last time. Someone at our table got that this time. It looked really dry. I ordered salmon because I thought you can't mess it up. It was just okay. The ambiance, it's like a typical mainstream place. Pretty cookie cutter. The parking lot is really tight. There really is nothing to recommend this place.

Tazza Kitchen was a lovely choice for Valentine's Day. The atmosphere struck a great balance…read morebetween elevated and relaxed. Special enough for the occasion without feeling overly formal. It was my first visit, and I was genuinely impressed with the ambiance, service, and overall quality of the meal. The menu offers a nice variety of food and cocktails. I ordered the espresso martini, which was smooth and well balanced, and my boyfriend had the Vieux Carré, which he really enjoyed. We started with the cast iron goat cheese, and it was rich, layered in flavor, and paired with bread that was delicious on it's own. For my entrée, I chose the margherita pizza, and it was one of the best I've had. The sauce was perfect, and the crust had an ideal texture and flavor. My boyfriend ordered the spicy sausage & black pepper honey pizza. While neither of us found it particularly spicy, it was still bold and very flavorful. Service was friendly and efficient throughout the evening. It was a wonderful experience overall, and I'm looking forward to returning.

At some point, my mom had to get up to find someone to take our order, which is not a great start. Service thereafter was neither terrible nor outstanding. But she was polite and prompt, and seemed to get our order right. 3/5 for service. My niece ordered the French toast with eggs, a fruit cup, and sausage. My mom ordered an omelette with grits, and my dad ordered the chicken biscuit sandwich with loaded breakfast potatoes. For my meal, I had a waffle, a fruit cup, and some breakfast potatoes. My mom and I got the pineapple mimosas. They didn't have a ton of vegetarian options, but this definitely worked out just fine. I do still hope that they will add more vegetarian options to the menu, including keeping a little plant-based sausage or bacon on hand. The pineapple mimosa was very delicious and came in a nice, ample glass. The waffle was good. I personally like my waffles a bit crisper, and this one was a bit softer, but it still tasted great. The breakfast potatoes were perfectly cooked. Lovely and crispy on the outside, well seasoned and perfect with ketchup. The fruit cup was also delicious, nice and fresh. Overall, it seemed like everybody enjoyed their meal. 4/5 food The space itself seemed pretty clean, and the booths were nice. Even though the decor was not my personal style, the ambience was still nice overall. 4/5 ambiance Overall, pretty good experience. I'm sure we'll be back.

I would like to start with the presentation of the food - It definitely looked beautiful. Although…read moreit did present beautifully, it didn't necessarily taste the best. Shrimp & Grits - The grits had absolutely no flavor (highly recommend using more than water to make them). I assumed the lobster cream sauce was meant to mask the absence of flavor, but since there are more grits than sauce it is hard to go un-noticed. - This was sent back in exchange for an All -American w. Cin-a-bun pancakes. All-American - The cin-a-bun pancake did taste very good. The bacon was bacon. The eggs were good. The homefries were kinda dry as if they may have been sitting for a while. Nashville Chicken Sandwich- The sandwich had potential to taste great. The chicken was nice and thick, but i believe all of the hto sauce may have been poured on just one side of the sandwich. - one side was a plain chicken sandwich which was tolerable. While the other side of the sandwich was extremely hot ! The french fries tasted very good! Classic Burger - Tasted good. Fries were good. The Server we had was somewhat attentive. She was not rude. Just did not see her much. This place is slightly loud- the energy is definitely upbeat. Overall, I dont have it on my list to return - slight underwhelmed.
