Fresh burgers and decent fries. Prices are a bit high but the burgers are filling. I feel like they use a higher quality meat than most fast food burger places. Our burgers were a bit salty but we dealt with it. The thing we didn't like was that the juice from the meat made our bun super soggy and kind of gross since the meat was still a bit pink. My husband complained and got his remade. The attendant was very friendly and nice about it. I just took the bun off of mine. My teenager ordered a protein style with comes with more lettuce and no bun. The burger is good but it's not the best. It wasn't something I'd come back to for craving a burger but the location does make it convenient with my commute. The crinkle fries were good. Same with the burger, not something I'd crave. I did order the cheese fries since it was $1 more than the fries. I didn't like the cheese. I drenched them in ketchup after removing the cheese I could. The sodas have free refills but you have to get it from the staff. There is no soda machine for you to fill up your own soda. I'm not crazy about that, especially in a burger joint. There was ample parking and the restaurant was very clean. Mostly what I didn't care for is personal preference so I gave 4 stars. I do like it better than In-and-Out but they have Shake Shack beat on price.
Customer service was stupendous. Dining area was flawlessly clean. Serve time executed expeditiously. The strawberry milkshake that I had was super good. Actually one of the best milkshakes that I've had at a fast food chain and I look forward to trying their many other flavors. All of the burgers were served hot, perfectly made with seemingly fresh ingredients and tasted great! That includes the... *Chicken Shack: Crispy chicken breast, buttermilk herb mayo, lettuce, pickles. *Shack burger single/ Shack burger double: Cheese, lettuce, tomato, ShackSauce.
We came here Saturday night after a Halloween event. We got the buy one get one double shack burger and that's always the burgers are leaner tastier and cooked to our liking. We didn't have to wait long for our order to arrive to our table noise level moderate. I noticed that there's a lot of People dressed up in their Halloween costumes. I noticed that the restaurant's AC is always cold so I always wear a coat when it comes to this place. Plenty of parking outside. They also have a drive-through.

Prices: $$$$ bring your fat wallet. I think it's close to worth it??.... now that I think of it, Hot pot buffet is the same price. Lol. Service: I ordered at the drive thru but decided to dine in. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I watched as they came out promptly to clean the tables. One guy, wish I got his name, offered to throw out my trash. That was nice. Inside: very clean, spacious, well lit, noise level low. High ceilings. Outside: they are part of a strip mall, lots of parking, I didn't think the light was that good, clean. I do recommend you try, at least once. Happy eating!!
"Burger = fine. Fries = meh. Dubai Shake = life-changing." Second visit for me, first for my wife. Location's easy to find with plenty of parking--stress-free start. The Double Cheeseburger was good, but nothing crave-worthy. Fries? Crinkle-cut (points for shape), but lacking in flavor. Then came the Dubai Shake--rich, creamy, pricey, and worth every sip. Friendly staff, clean dining room, good vibes overall. I'll be back for the chicken sandwich (and another Dubai Shake). My wife wasn't impressed, but that just means more shake for me ;)
It's taken me forever to write this review, but I just wanna say how much I love this location because when my friend and I first ate here on Saint Patrick's Night, everyone was working hard and very kind! Ashton and his team were very nice. I felt bad for this one girl in particular because a delivery driver for one of the courier stuff (like DoorDash or UberEats) was being absolutely mean to her. I mean, double downing on being a bully! in front of customers and her coworkers. And of course, he had to bully the only young, female front of house worker right? That really pissed me off. The fact a grown man working a side hustle to live is treating a young, female like she's stupid. When he left, I asked them to block him from receiving orders from this restaurant, and they worked on whatever they can for it. i felt insulted as a customer having to witness that, and I hope Shake Shack continues to care for its employees. Anyway, the vibes were so nice!!! They even gave my friend's dog not only a water bowl, but also a dog treat!! ugh The team that night was awesome. Thank you Ashton and team!!
We were hungry coming off a 5 hour Off Wheeling trip and stopped by the Shake Shack. There's a lot of parking, seating and place is very clean. Restrooms were also clean. We ordered the Double Down Fries, Black Truffle burger, #2 burger, a coke and a strawberry lemonade (large drinks). The drinks were refillable and I'm not sure if it was due to the size being a large. Nonetheless, it came in handy. Now, the burgers...it's no surprise the burgers were delish. This was the first time we ate the double down fries and let me tell you, it was the best!! It was the best $10 fries ever!! It fed both myself and my BF.
This was our first time eating at Shake Shack, and we wish we came in sooner! We loved the food, and especially our interaction with Tya! She set an incredible tone as we ordered at the cash register. Tya was extremely friendly and helpful - a model representative for Shake Shack! Then tasting the hamburgers, french fries, and shakes, sealed the deal. The Avocado Bacon Hamburger was flavorful. The avocado was vibrant green and the perfect texture. For a fries option, I would recommend not leaving Shake Shack without tasting the Black Truffle Parmesan Fries. Fries were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, with plenty of parmesan cheese, and the truffle dipping sauce was decadent. Even if you're not hungry and are just craving a milkshake - you won't be disappointed at Shake Shack. The Cookies and Cream, and Chocolate milkshakes were rich in flavor, tasting of smooth ice cream in a cup. A nice surprise and added bonus was the engraving on the tables: Made in the USA Sustainability Sourced White Oak. Also the milkshake cups said: Commercially Compostable. I felt a surrounding of clean, and an environmentally friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend Shake Shack Rhodes Ranch W Warm Springs Rd, and don't forget to ask for Tya!
I usually frequent the Downtown Summerlin location, but our family was in the area and we enjoyed our visit to this location. Compared to the Downtown Summerlin location, this Shake Shack is newer built, the food quality was fresh, and the facility was very clean. Most notably, the dog friendly outside patio was very clean and orderly, which is much appreciated. Definitely check out their website and/or download their app to get food deals and discounts. In all, we had an excellent first visit and I may go out of my way to come to this location instead from now on.
We came here recently and had a pleasant experience. Service was on point, food was expected Shake Shack fare, and the establishment was clean. Now as a disclaimer, my family and I are In N Out fans to the core. No burger chain can beat their prices and quality. All other burger places are way more overpriced for quality often not worth the price. There I said it. That said, this Shake Shack was good. While we still choose In N Out as a whole over Shake Shack, we know this Shake Shack was good for what it was. We ordered two double shack burgers, two fries, two chicken sandwiches, and a special seasonal apple cider shake. There was a special for a free chicken sandwich if you spend over $10, which was literally the reason why we came. The burgers were good but I wish there was more lettuce and tomato. The patties are thin. The chicken sandwich was surprisingly good with nice and crispy juicy chicken. Crinkle fries were fresh and crispy. The holiday apple cider shake was delicious and creamy but not strong on the apple cider flavor. Overall if there's a good deal and we're in the area we'd return to this Shake Shack.
This just opened so I give them credit if they still take a little longer even when the line isn't as busy during the first few weeks of opening, and I'm always happy to see restaurants and new development in town, especially when it's in my area, an area that took nearly 15-20 years to see how much it has evolved. Anyways, I'm not sure what some others are complaining about.. It's a franchise and there are a few across the valley in most areas where tourists are located. I think it's nice to see a Shake Shack in a more residential side here. The establishment has a modern interior and carefully selected green accent walls also bringing natural sunlight and there is a small outdoor patio to dine out as well. I ordered the Black Truffle burger and enjoyed the rich sauce that was so tasty, however I concur with another review that their burgers are quite small. I enjoy their shakes and the seasonal flavors. Keep an eye out for promos as they offer a free chicken sandwich on Sundays and other offers. They had a boy one get one 50% on shakes too. Check for deals on their app :)
The service here is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is inviting, and food comes out quick. Their menu has expanded to include chicken now which I don't remember from before. The food options are good but for the price (around $10-$15 for a burger) I'd rather go to Red Robbin, Chilli's, or Carl's Jr. as the toppings seemed skimpy. Glad I tried it again but I wouldn't frequent here for the food and prices, even though the customer service was awesome.

I've been to this location multiple times and I've never had a issue particularly. However, this time around half of my bun was missing. I know not a huge deal, but for spending $22 on ONE meal, I would like the other half of my bun. read more

I've been coming here for a bit, everything is always good with the food. No complaints, today was super disappointing, the fries were hard and the burgers sucked. Service through the drive through was pleasant but when I got home and opened the bag I was upset. One tiny little piece of lettuce on my burger was absurd! The chicken sandwich was terrible, all breading no actual meat. For the prices, the food today wasn't worth it. read more

Delicious burger. I love In N Out but Shake Shack is better in every way. Top quality meat, fresh lettuce and tomatoes, tasty cheese, and a soft potato bun. It just looks beautiful. The chicken nuggets are also yummy. Finished it off with a strawberry shake and the meal is very satisfying. The place is clean and modern and service is friendly. read more

Before this location opened, I was a huge chicken shack fan, was probably my fav chicken sandwich amongst all other ff joints. My first visit at this location was within the first week they opened and had my opinions but waited until they've been open a while before making my final rating. 1. Drive Thru Service: Amazing, friendly, and made great efforts to ensuring we were satisfied. 10/10 2. Wait time: We went during their last hour of service (10pm) I know it's not the most ideal time to go but at least we didn't go around 10:30-Closing time. Only 1 person in line and took less than 8 mins for our food. 8/10 3. Quality: I genuinely believe there was a misunderstanding on their chicken shack prep/recipe training because the breading on mine (both visits) was soggy, spongy, extremely oily, and just falling apart as I attempted to eat it. 0/10, I usually don't mind the bun or veggies cuz the chicken was always the star that kept the whole sandwich together. So disappointed... and for $9? insanity. I am no expert in fast food, but the oil they used felt old... the fries felt like they were re-fried for the 3rd time... 4. Pricing: Usually forgivable when the quality meets basic standards, but for 3 sandwiches, 2 fries, and 1 shake = $44 ... I can't justify going to this specific shake shack. read more
Our first time here and we ordered take out. The burgers smelled good and the fries are nice and fresh. First bite, delicious, better than In N Out! The fries were perfectly cooked. I usually don't prefer take out on my burgers, but I did enjoyed it. We will be back. read more

Say Hello To My Little Friend This was my first time eating here at Shake Shack in their new location located in the Rhodes Ranch Las Vegas, NV, and I wasn't really impressed. When I first walked in, I was greeted by the front staff members, but I was looking around for their fountain beverages, tea, and juices, but none to be found. I was told if customers wanted a refill on their drink, they would have to come up and ask for it, just like at Chic Fillet. I was kind of disappointed when I learned that their other juices that they offer online haven't made it to their store menu yet. Anyway, this is what I ordered for my $26.00 lunch. You're better off going somewhere else if you have a big appetite or came hungry like me. 3/5 Crinkle Cut Fries tastes OK; it was crispy, but nothing fancy or to write more about. 2/5 Double Shack Burger with avocado and bacon. It tasted good but not worth $26.00 for lunch. People can go to Freddy's Burger, In & Out, or The Habit and get more bang for their hard-earned bucks. The burger itself was smaller compared to other competitions I mentioned. 3/5 Tea & Lemonade's I prefer having self-served fountain beverages, but I understand cheap people will get water cups, and sneakily, when workers are not looking, they help themselves to sodas or juice. If I were visiting Las Vegas, NV, again, and if I wanted a burger, Shake Shack would not be in my top 5 because the price point and portions do not meet value. I'd rather go to a mom-and-pops shop like Angelos in Garden Grove, CA, or something similar. Anyway, Shake Shack, best of luck on your successful expansion in the Las Vegas, NV, area. read more

I live about 3 blocks from this new est. I have never witnessed more than 4 cars in the parking lot ever! I want to try it, but when no one wants to support you, this should say something about your business plan. I will let you know that as long as the burgers are at $10, failure is imminent. Why not drive a little more and have 2 double doubles for the same price? Plus, your service is not to the same standards of a restaurant that is demanding $20 per person for a burger, fries, and a drink! Wake up Boss (CEO). You are going down hill!!! read more
