I spoke to some people in front and behind me and heard about their impact from the storm. I needed help to put bags of ice in the coolers I brought and they helped me with a small. The cost of it us affordable and now I also know they sell dry ice. Easy in and out with available customer parking in front of the business/warehouse. Their hours for ice pick-up is also convenient. Open daily: Mon - Sat 4AM - 4PM, Sun 4AM to Noon. After I parked, I went to the door marked Office but it was locked so I headed past the Coke vending machine and entered thru the huge warehouse door and immediately to the left was the order window with a huge sign below showing the prices for ice. I rang the bell on the counter & was nicely greeted by a friendly young lady. She asked me how I was paying & that if I am using a card to go ahead & use the ordering kiosk to the right. It's pretty user friendly, very easy to use. Once I paid and got my receipt, she told me someone will bring my order out. I don't think I even waited 5 minutes before a guy brought my bag out and I was on my way. I did do a double take when I saw the price for dry ice, 5 lbs for $28? Roughly $6/lb - wow! Did not expect that but since I needed it, had to get it. The rest of the prices for the regular ice were within reason. Overall, a good experience with convenient and quick pick-up service, opened daily, & friendly employees.
