Yeah and I just love how they managed to evolve and keep up with the times as many other flavor enhancer has entered the industry here in Hawai'i we just love our local flavors not found in many places. Follow them on Instagram and you'll see the many collaborations they do around the island and you'll be surprised that you've already enjoyed the yummy flavors besides your local shave ice. Through work I do enjoy the flavors of Harders luckily which did make me think of my bestie who share the joy of our favorite drink and though why can't she take home and enjoy the island like we all do, and to my surprise I can purchase syrups online as well and yes they ship though I'm able to pick up at their warehouse located in Waipahu as well. From the street view there's no sign for Harders but "Island Maid Inc." and that's where it is curbside pick up is Monday to Thursday only from 7am to 2pm and there is a sign for you to pick up your order but as I drove up a staff came right out and knew exactly what my order was and it was just super easy. Love the convenience of ordering and pick up you just need to be mindful that it does take some time so it can't be a same day service but knowing that you're able to place an order easily is truly sweet. I wish I had a bigger stomach so I could've tried more of their flavors (like their strawberry guava one)! First off, the calamansi dreamsicle was really refreshing and creamy; it had hints of citrus, with a lemon/orange taste, perfect for a warm summer afternoon! My husband had the root beer float, which had their house-made vanilla ice cream and root beer from Maui Brewing Company (I didn't even know they made root beer)! It was delicious as well- I loved that I was able to see little black specks of vanilla bean in the ice cream, and the root beer had hints of honey in it! My husband and I knew the root beer tasted different (in a good way), but couldn't put our finger on it until I read the ingredients and saw that honey was one of them! Super yummy!! All in all, my husband and I agreed that we'll be coming back again to try different flavors!

Got a single scoop of one of their signature flavors, Kaua'i Kulolo. Fantastic with bits of kulolo imbeded in each sweet and creamy scoop. Hours are from 12 noon till 800p, from Wednesday thru Friday. Weekends they operate from 800a to 800p. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
