I bought my reverse osmosis water cooler with hot and cold taps almost 7years ago when we were living in Hawaii. We moved to Las Vegas in 2016 and Jeremiah has still been able to offer great customer service! My son recently broke the hot water handle (don't ask me how) but he did. I had been okay with it so far but the other day was just fed up. So I reached out to Jeremiah, told him what had happened and he was like sure I can replace that! Wow! He took a picture of the replacement part and I was over the moon it was an easy process and something I could do. He sent it from Hawaii and a few days later it came in the mail, I called him and he gave me step by step instructions - insisting to be very careful and not to get burnt. Well I replaced it - easy peasy! For $40 - what can I say, I love it! Thank you for always giving me great speedy service.

I finally got so frustrated I went searching on yelp and found Water Group 7. Jeremiah scheduled a consultation to address my concerns. He listened to all my issues and was very honest about what he would suggest and what he wouldn't based on percentage rate of effectiveness for the area and also the esthetics. So I decided to go with a reverse osmosis system to at least help with the water quality that I used for drinking and cooking with. The system unfortunately wasn't working properly due to no fault of theirs. But they addressed the issue until the problem was solved. Jeremiah and his brother are so great to work with! They essentially did an over haul of our plumbing (just didn't do the parts that would require a tear up of my house which I appreciate). So far everything works great and they were great about explaining everything that was happening. Stuart also fixed a leaking shower only to find out the people that originally installed it were missing pieces and they set our new toilet. He also did a few other random add ons by us which we're thankful for. Best of all we have a toddler that absolutely adored them and they were great with him. Our son can be annoying and in your face and they never seemed to get upset or annoyed and just rolled with it which I truly appreciated. Truthfully our son was sad when the work was done and they no longer came around. We highly recommend you check them out!

We've been receiving deliveries like clockwork, so I've not had to contact customer service at all. Another reason I haven't had to call them is that so many features are automated, and I mean this in a positive way. I mentioned in my initial review that I liked being able to go online and directly manage some of my account details. I just logged in to my account and the main screen is divided into: * Billing Information - where I can update my phone number, email address, and password. * Delivery Information - here also I can update my phone number and email address - for purposes of delivery, so they could be different from the billing information. Also displayed are the driver and route codes, and the next scheduled delivery date. * Account Balance - mine shows $0.00 due, probably because I have them automatically charge my credit card each month. * Open Invoices - there are no open invoices, again probably because of auto charges to my credit card. * My Deliveries - prominently shows the next delivery date, where there is a button to click to skip that delivery. Another option is to "View Deliveries." * Favorites - just has an image and description of the type of water being recurringly delivered. In the upper-left corner of the page is a menu icon, and when I click on it, the options are: * My Dashboard - takes you back to the main, initial screen. * Billing - I used this option recently to update my credit card details. * My Orders * My Account Besides their website, I receive email and phone reminders if there is a delivery scheduled for the following day. I am also able to download a PDF version of their delivery calendar, and there is even a way for me to upload the calendar of deliveries into my personal (Proton) calendar, accessible online or through my calendar app, which now shows me delivery dates for the upcoming months. Thanks! Then they charged me almost $400 to replace one valve and the timer which is almost triple for an entire new head/timing system. They also did not provide me an estimate over the phone when scheduling the service appointment which they are supposed to do according to the guy that came out. Immediately after the guy left, my timer on the brine tank stopped working which he said "now watch this one is going to stop working" and it did. How did he know? Magic! Pffft...I bought I new timer on Amazon for $34 (they charged me over $100) and replaced it myself.

Received notice the next day that the assigned plumber had a family emergency & would need to reschedule 2 days later. Totally understand family emergencies happen, but I asked if they could still send another plumber to diagnosis and/or fix the w/h. Duke came & quickly identified an electrical short. I approved a new replacement, which he scheduled the next day. (He also helped turn my main water knob back on. He is strong!) Brandon came to remove the old w/h and came back with a new one. I shared how pleased I was with the plumber yesterday for diagnosing the problem & ordering a new w/h for next delivery. He said Duke was the plumber who had a family emergency, & yet he came to help me! Amazing!! Sorry for your family emergency & thank you for your help, Duke! Brandon installed the new water heater, but needed assistance with the final electrical hook-up. He called his colleague for same day service, (very friendly service rep, who got the w/h hooked up & working! Thank you, dear sir!! Awesome company and highly recommend Shoreline Plumbing. As they have told me before purchasing the machine, it took exactly 1 year before I needed to replace with a new filter. Since 8/2018, I no longer buy any plastic bottled water. At the beginning, I could not taste the difference but now when I drink plastic bottled water, I can taste plastic. Whoever is thinking about purchasing Kangensui Water Machine, I seriously recommend to purchase one. Hano Naka, Inc. sells machines from Japan. This Christmas, my sister gave me 2 (two) "Maguchan". This works like a detergent but free of chemicals. Since my washing machine is big, I use 2 maguchan & 1/5 of Oxi clean powder detergent from Costco. (I used to use a full amount of Oxi clean powder detergent before) To my surprise, this Maguchan stuff works like a magic. It gets rid of the smell though I only used 1/5 of detergent in stead of full amount!!! I am telling all my friends to try it too since it will not pollute the river & ocean. My sister told me 1 Maguchan is $25. I was told that you can buy it from Hano Naka Inc. as well as J Shop on Young Street. So when I finally do show up, cashier says the advertised price is their old price and instead of being able to just honor the posted price she charges me the expensive price... which completely messed up which size container I should have bought... grrr Annnnnnnd... when I mention my almost full stamp card, the cashier said I can just throw it away since it's a new company now so I have to start all over again... even though the GIANT sign outside and elsewhere still has the "old" business name...
