Naturally, those are all some of her favorite things, so it was not a hard sell for her to attend. I decided to divide and conquer with the other parents for drop off and pick up, and it was very easy to do. They are located in a small sort of strip mall set up, with tons of parking, and very big signage so that you cannot miss it. The staff was extremely nice and chatty. They thanked us for our business and for trying them out. The girls raved about it the entire drive home, and it seems like they had a very good time! I look forward again to visiting there, and maybe even hosting an official birthday party.

According to Mr. Orlando himself, they (now) offer a free tasting 3 times a year. So if you're planning an event, make sure to add them on your list. This was helpful for my fiancé and I as we have contracted with them for our wedding. Moving on, the location itself is located right off 55 which makes it convenient for traveling. All of the sales representatives were present and assisting with check-in, serving, and connecting with attendees. Vendors were also available (formal wear, travel, photo and DJ, ice cream). The tasting was more than I imagined. Typically when you think of a "tasting" you think of being served a small sample size. Instead, they legit offered a signature appetizer and had a self serving buffet complete with several items from both of their classic and deluxe menus. There was a carving station with turkey, ham, and roast beef. The staff was incredibly organized and kept the food fresh and the serving dishes full. It never felt too crowded or less than festive. They had a moment where a chef with a large chopping knife chased a turkey (person in an inflatable turkey costume) around the room for entertainment. A family sitting near us even brought their own games to play after they were done eating; they must have known they could stay and hang out due to the timed seatings. We are already considering returning for Mother's Day brunch.

The two men's room toilets had no door and no walls, respectively. One lady's room stall had a view into the kitchen. Most glaring, the in-house DJ was awful. Right after the first dance, he decided, without permission or even awareness from the newlyweds, to play some sort of elaborate military tribute. It colored the whole rest of the night, and not in a positive way. During the night, he just looked so upset to be there. At the end of the night, he chimed in to warn drivers away from a certain neighborhood in the area, claiming it was the "Ferguson of South County", a pretty clearly racist statement. If you rent this space, make sure the bathrooms are fixed first, and definitely bring your own DJ.

Attended a friend's wedding reception here, some pros and cons:…read more Pros: * Prices are competitive for venue rental, a DJ and bartender are included in the price * They appear to have no restrictions on external caterers * Far as I could tell, the owner (also the DJ), had everything set up on time, and the venue decor (medieval German kitsch - lots of dark stained wood trim, fake stained glass, and photos of Neuschwanstein) was delightful Cons: * Bathrooms are weird: men's bathroom has two sit-down toilets completely open to the room, one dividing wall but no doors, women's bathroom was 'vaguely creepy' * As the first song after the couple's first dance, DJ/Owner blared an orchestral rendition of 'Dixie' complete with slideshow of Confederate war veterans and climactic unfurling of the (modern) U.S. flag, to 'honor veterans, police and firefighters' - totally lost the room, made a lot of people uncomfortable Bottom line: great for the price, if they made it easier to poop, and picked a less *frightening* song to honor the troops (maybe try Toby Keith or Faith Hill next time?) would be an easy 5-star.

To be honest, it is uncomfortable to write details about my experience; but to keep it short and to the point. Shannon just doesn't have what it takes to manage many moving parts. You can hire her to plan your kids birthday party, but by no means can she handle a wedding; and mine had under 150 guests. My other vendors had a hard time coordinating with her and appeared disgruntled towards her. understandably so. She might appear to write things down, but manages to confuse dates, times and specific requests. Hope this helps the next bride; Pay a little more and get a stress free day!

We used this company for our high school's prom for the last two years. The first year, the DJ…read moredidn't have any of our music downloaded and couldn't connect to the venue's wifi, so he didn't play anything that we wanted (and couldn't accommodate requests... but he asked for them anyway). What happened this year is reprehensible. During our dance, this DJ asked multiple high school-age girls for their phone numbers. He showed up to a kid's house party after the dance ended. That night, some students found a bio online that he had written saying proms were his favorite events to work, but, in our call weeks before, he told me that this was his first prom. This detail has now been removed. We reported this incident to Millennium Productions. Their excuse for a solution is to restrict this DJ from working proms in the future. We are extremely disappointed in the company's failure to fully hold its employees accountable for inexcusable predatory behavior. Do not work with them.
